Imam velikih problema sa isplatom mojih dobitaka, koji su bili ograničeni na 500 €. Čekam već 10 dana. Ali uvek odgovarate na moje e-poruke sa istim izgovorom da imate mnogo zaostalih predmeta i da ih sada rešavate. I have same experience. I have waited my withdrawal now 2 weeks. Before that other 2 weeks. Of course we should read different reviews before we deposit in any casino. I have learnt that there is no any law against online casinos. Maybe mga casinos is quite trustful. And i have also learnt that gambler sites are more of casinos side than players side. Of course there are plenty of players who wall of everything and i understand why situation is what is it.

Hello, I see that you also have problems with the withdrawal. I would say that this casino is not the best choice with such a safety index, but I think you already know that. 

As for the fact that you think gambling sites are more likely to bow to the casino side, I wouldn't be so sure about that statement. We pride ourselves on a fair approach and are never biased one way or the other and try to look at everything fairly. 

However, to get back to your withdrawal, have you had problems with this casino before based on what you described and have you played here again even though you already knew that withdrawals take quite some time ? The casino also told you why it takes so long, i.e. what is the reason for it.

I have answered already to Kristina (i sent proof of discussion with spintornado). I can send again if needed. Still spintornado says same excuses for all players and doesnt pay. At least according different gamblers sites.

Then it's in order. I have spoken to her and so she will check again to make sure she got everything she needed and if there is anything she requires she will write to you in complaint thread. 

Anyway, what excuse does the casino use for taking so long to withdraw ?

If it's still the same, I understand that you are nervous and worried about how it will all turn out. But the complaint is still open so we'll see where our team goes. 

Hopefully your case will eventually be resolved and you will get your money, even though it has been going on for quite a while.
