To me, it seems, that things are getting worst. There are currently 17 open complaints against this one and the most frequent issue is: The player's withdrawal is delayed
Sadly, not all previously submitted complaints were solved 🙁
Feel free to submit your own complaint, I hope it will be resolved.
If I may add personal advice, always check how the casino deals with complaints to make sure that in case of an issue, there is a fair chance it will be solved. Another good way is to check the casino review and user reviews.
