Večeras sam namerno odigrao sva sredstva na računu, i odmah sam dobio obaveštenje o potpunoj verifikaciji računa. Više mi nije bio potreban pasoš. Nalog je odmah verifikovan. Sa dokumentima koje sam ranije dao. To je ono što su čekali. Ne znam kako si došao do mog zaključka. 🙂

I suggest you ask the casino for a proper explanation.

Usually, for statements cropped files and screenshots are not allowed - mostly. The preferred format is .pdf

It would be good to know the purpose of the requested document to ensure it provides the necessary information. For example, as proof of address, the bank statement in the form of .pdf would be better than a picture of some post slip.

If you feel like you can't help yourself stop playing in such a situation I would strongly advise you to verify your account in advance. This is the best way to void unnecessary delays once you win. Every decent casino allows players to undergo verification per request.

Any chance to set up gambling limits while you struggle? It should prevent you from losing, I'd say.

My request for the withdrawal of the money I had won in the amount of $13000 was rejected even after submitting my identification details on 4 separate occasions. After sending emails to confirm my ID and complaining about the way I was treated, I was permanently blocked from my account and the $13000 I had won was confiscated. They obviously had no intentions of paying me even though I had provided identification documents. They didn't mind taking my money when I deposited funds into my account and lost.
