Ujutru sam razgovarao sa devojkom na četu i ona mi je rekla da moje podizanje nije bilo uspešno zbog tehničkog problema sa njima, nešto što se ne vidi unutra. Kada sam pitao za razlog, izbacila me je i zatvorila razgovor pred mojim licem i od tada su mi blokirali čet i nisu odgovorili ni na jedan imejl, dok sam ja bio ljubazan bez ljutnje u porukama i bez vređanja.

Zatražio sam tri isplate pre više od tri nedelje i još uvek čekam. Podrška putem ćaskanja uživo uopšte ne pomaže – ponekad mi kažu da ne treba da verifikujem, ponekad da sam već verifikovan, a onda me jednostavno izbace iz ćaskanja. Drugi put, ćaskanje uživo čak ni ne radi.
Takođe sam poslao oko 15 imejlova njihovoj podršci, ali sam dobio samo četiri odgovora. Svaki put mi samo kažu da moram da verifikujem svoj nalog. Problem je u tome što sam već završio verifikaciju dva dana nakon pobede, kada je opcija još uvek bila prikazana u mom profilu. Sada više nema opcije za verifikaciju vidljive na mom nalogu, ali mi i dalje govore da moram da verifikujem.
Već sam dva puta poslao sva potrebna dokumenta imejlom, ali oni i dalje insistiraju na dodatnim dokumentima. Na primer, sada žele istoriju transakcija na Eplu od pre mesec dana, kojoj više ne mogu ni da pristupim. Ponovo šaljem sve, ali ništa se ne menja – samo me stalno ponovo traže da potvrdim.
Da stvar bude još gora, u svom poslednjem imejlu su mi zapretili da ako ne otpremim dokumenta, mogu da mi suspenduju nalog u roku od 30 dana, pa čak i da mi uskrate novac.

I requested three withdrawals more than three weeks ago, and I am still waiting. The live chat support is not helping at all – sometimes they tell me I don’t need to verify, sometimes that I am already verified, and then they just kick me out of the chat. Other times, the live chat doesn’t even work.
I have also sent around 15 emails to their support, but I only received four replies. Every single time they just tell me I need to verify my account. The problem is: I already completed my verification two days after my win, when the option was still shown in my profile. Now there is no verification option visible in my account anymore, but they still keep telling me I need to verify.
I have already sent all required documents twice by email, but they still insist on more. For example, they now want an Apple transaction history from a month ago, which I can’t even access anymore. I keep resending everything, but nothing changes – they just keep asking me again to verify.
To make things even worse, in their latest email they actually threatened that if I don’t upload the documents, they can suspend my account within 30 days and even withhold my money.
At this point, I don’t know what else to do. I just want my money, but I feel completely stuck and ignored.
Has anyone had the same experience with Vegas Hero or knows what I could do next?

And in the same message they also say if I can’t upload, I should send the documents by email. Well, I did send them by email, multiple times, but they either never arrive or they just don’t accept them. I don’t even get any confirmation that my documents were received, nothing at all.
Meanwhile, their T&Cs state that if I don’t provide my documents within 30 days, they can close my account and keep my money. So I’m stuck in a loop where they demand documents, don’t provide a way to upload them, ignore my emails, and at the end can just keep my balance.
This really looks like a deliberate tactic to block withdrawals and confiscate funds.

Ganz ehrlich, ich hab das Gefühl, die Seite will mich komplett verarschen. Erst hieß es, ich muss mein Konto nicht verifizieren. Dann hab ich es trotzdem gemacht und meine Dokumente inzwischen schon dreimal per Mail geschickt.
Jetzt schreiben sie mir, ich soll die Dokumente auf der Seite hochladen – aber im Verifizierungsbereich gibt es überhaupt keine Möglichkeit dazu, da steht nur, dass ich nicht mehr verifiziert werden muss. Gleichzeitig heißt es, wenn ich nichts hochladen kann, soll ich die Unterlagen per Mail schicken. Genau das habe ich getan, mehrmals, aber entweder kommen die Mails angeblich nie an oder sie akzeptieren sie einfach nicht. Eine Bestätigung, dass meine Dokumente eingegangen sind, habe ich nie bekommen.
Und in den AGB steht, wenn ich die Unterlagen nicht innerhalb von 30 Tagen einreiche, dürfen sie mein Konto schließen und mein Geld einbehalten. Also sitze ich hier in einer Endlosschleife: sie fordern Unterlagen, bieten aber keine Möglichkeit zum Hochladen, ignorieren meine Mails – und am Ende behalten sie einfach mein Guthaben.
Für mich sieht das nach einer gezielten Masche aus, um Auszahlungen zu blockieren und die Gelder der Kunden einzukassieren.
