Već sam uspešno podigao 500 evra u roku od 2 dana. Njihov limit je 500 dnevno. Imam još jedno čekanje podizanja od 500 evra od prekjuče i 2000 evra na računu. Ujutru sam razgovarao sa devojkom na četu i ona mi je rekla da moje podizanje nije bilo uspešno zbog tehničkog problema sa njima, nešto što se ne vidi unutra. Kada sam pitao za razlog, izbacila me je i zatvorila razgovor pred mojim licem i od tada su mi blokirali čet i nisu odgovorili ni na jedan imejl, dok sam ja bio ljubazan bez ljutnje u porukama i bez vređanja.

Ne, imam jedan na čekanju. Nažalost, kockao sam se na 2000 evra i, naravno, izgubio sam ih. Sada čekam jedan od 500, loše je što imaju ograničenje od 500 evra. Hvala vam puno! Za tačno 2 radna dana izvršeno je 3. povlačenje!!! Sve je u redu! Da, nažalost imaju veoma mali limit za povlačenje, što je jedna od njihovih veoma loših stvari, kao i vreme povlačenja, koje je veoma dugo, u poređenju sa Grčkom, koje je u roku od nekoliko minuta. Barem jedno od to dvoje bi trebalo da se promeni.

I'm glad you got at least some money. I wanted to ask if this limit can be increased if you are a VIP member, but that probably wouldn't be the best idea if you are tempted to gamble with the money if you wait longer than a few days. 

Be sure to keep an eye on this, because there are many casinos where you would have to wait longer than just a few days.

Da, trebalo bi da postaneš VIP član, ali nažalost, kod mojih isplata resetovali su procente. Bio sam na 66% i odjednom me je spalo na 0%... tako da mislim da ovo ne funkcioniše i da je prevara. I wanted to share my current issue with Vegas Hero regarding my withdrawals, in case someone has experienced something similar or can give advice.


I requested three withdrawals more than three weeks ago, and I am still waiting. The live chat support is not helping at all – sometimes they tell me I don’t need to verify, sometimes that I am already verified, and then they just kick me out of the chat. Other times, the live chat doesn’t even work.


I have also sent around 15 emails to their support, but I only received four replies. Every single time they just tell me I need to verify my account. The problem is: I already completed my verification two days after my win, when the option was still shown in my profile. Now there is no verification option visible in my account anymore, but they still keep telling me I need to verify.


I have already sent all required documents twice by email, but they still insist on more. For example, they now want an Apple transaction history from a month ago, which I can’t even access anymore. I keep resending everything, but nothing changes – they just keep asking me again to verify.


To make things even worse, in their latest email they actually threatened that if I don’t upload the documents, they can suspend my account within 30 days and even withhold my money.


At this point, I don’t know what else to do. I just want my money, but I feel completely stuck and ignored.


Has anyone had the same experience with Vegas Hero or knows what I could do next?

Good morning! They didn't even ask me for verification. I haven't sent any documents. I made 3 withdrawals of €500 within 2 business days each. Indeed, when I got to have an amount of €2000, they kept telling me different things and closed the conversation and disappeared. I never got them because I played them again. And since then it hasn't been playable.

Good Morning and Thank you for your answer at First.

Honestly, I feel like this site is completely scamming me. First they said I don’t need to verify my account. Then I went through the verification anyway and even sent my documents by email three times already.


Now they tell me I should upload my documents on the site – but in the verification tab there’s no option to upload anything, it literally says I don’t need to be verified anymore. And in the same message they also say if I can’t upload, I should send the documents by email. Well, I did send them by email, multiple times, but they either never arrive or they just don’t accept them. I don’t even get any confirmation that my documents were received, nothing at all.


Meanwhile, their T&Cs state that if I don’t provide my documents within 30 days, they can close my account and keep my money. So I’m stuck in a loop where they demand documents, don’t provide a way to upload them, ignore my emails, and at the end can just keep my balance.


This really looks like a deliberate tactic to block withdrawals and confiscate funds.

Iskreno, osećam se kao da sajt pokušava da me prevari. Prvo su rekli da ne moram da verifikujem nalog. Onda sam to ipak uradio i već sam tri puta poslao dokumenta imejlom.


Sada mi pišu i govore mi da otpremim dokumenta na veb lokaciju – ali u odeljku za verifikaciju nema načina da se to uopšte uradi. Samo piše da više ne moram biti verifikovan. Istovremeno, kažu mi da ako ne mogu ništa da otpremim, treba da pošaljem dokumenta imejlom. Upravo sam to uradio, nekoliko puta, ali ili imejlovi očigledno nikada ne stižu ili ih jednostavno ne prihvataju. Nikada nisam dobio potvrdu da su moji dokumenti primljeni.


A uslovi korišćenja navode da ako ne podnesem dokumenta u roku od 30 dana, mogu da mi zatvore račun i zadrže novac. Tako da sam zaglavljen u beskrajnoj petlji: traže dokumenta, ali ne nude nikakav način da ih otpremim, ignorišu moje imejlove — i na kraju, jednostavno zadrže moj saldo.


Meni ovo izgleda kao namerna prevara da bi se blokirale isplate i naplatila sredstva kupaca.
