Igrao sam nekoliko puta i osvojio 40 evra pre 3 nedelje, bez problema da dobijem novac putem mastercard metode. Igrao sam još malo i osvojio veći iznos od 200 evra, ali onda nije išlo tako dobro, posle 1 nedelje čekanja mi je rečeno da treba da poništim isplatu i napravim novo isplatu fiksirano bankovnim transferom, poslato u slika računa sa svim potrebnim. Sada smo uradili sve što je potrebno i sada bi trebalo da prođe 5 radnih dana. Ne razumem zašto je radio bez problema sa manjom količinom, a ogromni problemi sa većom količinom. I svaki put kada ćaskate, to je kao standardni obrazac, uvek isti odgovor, bez obzira na pitanja, voleo bih da sam pročitao recenzije pre nego što sam počeo da igram

Hello, I just wanted to write that verde casino are thieves. 

I was playing normally as usual without breaking any of the points of the rules, suddenly I get blocked and they reset my balance because of the 16th point of the rules. I accepted the ban, they unblocked my account, in some time I deposited again, I played as usual being careful not to get blocked again, I succeeded, the withdrawal came. After some week I tried again, unfortunately I lost everything, I paid again and managed to win and even come out on top, I order a withdrawal and suddenly I'm banned again because of the 16th point, no explanations, no evidence, no nothing, I play invariably the same way, once they ban me, then pay out, then again reset the account, is it possible here somehow to arrange a refund or at least deposit ? I do not recommend the casino, I want to recover my deposit and cancel my account with this service. 


In addition, I was robbed and banned from the point in the rules that says about deferring bonuses and free spins, this is impossible because I only played 2 games and did not buy any free spins for fear of being banned...interesting then is a ban for deferring something I didn't even have

strange in a situation where I did not even buy any bonus so how can I defer it ? 


I played only 2 games and lost the entire balance, then I paid extra and luckily managed to win on a multiplier in god of olympus, I have no idea how the ban for the rules.

Hello, verde blocked my and my brother's account claiming that both accounts have the same data. It happened during the game, at the moment I had 1350 PLN on my account. I sent all the documents necessary to verify the account, but they have not yet been accepted. On the other hand, my brother's account was not verified because there was no such need (he never made a withdrawal). After numerous contacts on livechat and e-mails, despite sending my and my brother's ID cards, verde still claims that he can only unlock my account with a zeroed balance. I have asked many times to unblock my account in order to verify my and my brother's account, unfortunately to no avail.
