Zdravo, ako je kazino kriv u trenutku što me obaveštava o kontradiktornostima, dozvoljava depozite bez obaveštavanja o ovim problemima (možete pogledati na ovom istom sajtu da ima korisnika bez naplate mesecima), a od početka su kažu da nema tipa problema, dok se ne povučeš komentarišu da je rok 5 dana a da se ništa ne kaže o ovim izmišljenim "greškama", a 17 dana do danas i dalje pričaju kopiranje i lepljenje isto. Ali mi ne daju nikakvo rešenje, nikakav rok.


Novac mi je zadržan i kada ih pitam da li će to trajati nedeljama, mesecima ili godinama, ne daju nikakav odgovor. Nije moguće izabrati više opcija plaćanja, sve pri pokušaju podizanja novca prvo se odobravaju, a nakon nekoliko minuta odbijaju. Svaki dan kontaktiram putem ćaskanja i e-pošte sa kazinom i odgovaram kao botovi, uvek isto.


Koristio sam svoju Mastercard karticu, ali ni ovaj način plaćanja ni post bankovni transfer mi ne dozvoljavaju da podignem svoj novac.

I feel that the casino does not know what issue the payment provider has, so the chat or support sticks to the copy-paste replies. For the same reason, they are not able to give you a time frame.

I strongly believe, that the casino is not responsible directly and simply can't offer any details at the moment.

I could not find whether you were given some alternative payment options you could use. I feel this is a very important question.

Kazino nije odgovoran što mi nije isplatio moj novac i što sam ga zauvek zadržao? Znači, ne možete mi uopšte pomoći? Kao što sam vam rekao, jedini način da podignem je kartica i bankovna kartica i oni mi to odbijaju, pokušavam već 19 dana, a rešenje mi nije dato i moj novac je zadržan i plašim se da ga ne izgubim zauvek. U mojoj žalbi, više od 48 sati mi nisu dali nikakav odgovor.
