Hello. On 14/04/2025 I won 15 thousand PLN. I have not received the full withdrawal of funds until now. The regulations state that for such an amount you have to wait up to 14 business days. I waited 14 business days and then they wrote me that they cannot send such an amount, I have to divide the withdrawal into transactions of 200 PLN. After splitting the transaction, they wrote me that I had to wait 14 business days again, so I waited. After 14 days, they wrote me again that my payments were suspended because they had to conduct verification. I passed verification at the very beginning, sent all the documents and everything was successfully approved. And the payment will be suspended until the verification is completed. It's been 2 weeks since this information and the support department keeps writing back that there is no time frame for the verification. So I can wait for the payment for 1 week or 1 year, it all depends on when they want to do it. Although I don't trust them anyway because I think that after the verification they come up with something new. Guru, please help me.

Uplatio sam novac, ali novac nije pripisan!!

Rečeno mi je da kontaktiram svoju banku kako bi se depozit sa vremenom dana mogao predstaviti u PDF formatu.

Uplatio sam depozit nekoliko puta, a novac je jednostavno nestao. Podrška ima samo standardne poruke!

I have a lot of documentation on them, lots of calls, emails. The bigger problem is that they perform verification and "account checks" almost every week to artificially extend the payout. Of course, I understand that this happens occasionally, but not every week. Recently, they completed the verification process the same day and started a new one two hours later. For example, I requested a PLN 4,000 payout, and I've been waiting 5-8 days for it. After those few days, I receive a message telling me to cancel the payout and submit requests for PLN 200 each. After that, the payout time resets, and importantly, PLN 200 was received PER DAY, which isn't much.

Yes, I would say that's a pretty low limit for a casino. 

If it were just a little lower, it would be fine, but they should communicate with you, not make you wait a week and then tell you what to do and reset everything to zero. 

There may also be additional verification, but it certainly shouldn't be the way it is now. 

But as I said, we'll have to be patient and wait for further developments.
