Pa, sigurno nemam sreće sa korisnicima sajta. Ali ova pritužba je zaspana. Uglavnom zato što izgleda da osoblje za podršku ne zna osnovnu matematiku i odbilo je da prizna da je igra pogrešna/vara/okuplja kupce. Prvi put kada sam otišao u podršku je pogodio besplatne okrete u igri zeleni vitez. Najveći množitelj je otišao na Ks10, a zatim se okretanje zaustavilo na dobitku od 20 centi, ali jedna od pločica je bila divlja Ks10. Dakle, 20 centi Ks10 je 2$ Ks10 opet 20$ platilo mi je 2$. Pa sam otišao u podršku, pogledali su i rekli mi da je dobro na kartici da li imam snimak ekrana koji nisam. Pa sam se vratio i igrao 6$ dok mi se nije posrećilo da ponovo dobijem besplatne okrete ovog puta na poslednjem okretanju, a to je k100. Pojavio se kao što možete videti kao 4 konja u pravoj liniji. Što vredi 30 centi, pa idem u podršku ponovo ovaj put i imam snimak ekrana. Opet kažu da ide dobro i da je isplata bila tačna. Da li su ovi ljudi zaista glupi da ne mogu da urade osnovnu matematiku u kom svetu iznosi 30 centi k100 na spin od 3$.
Pa, nisam čak ni završio da koristim svoj depozit za njih, očigledno ću ovde izgubiti svoj novac ako se dobici smanje za Ks10.
Well i sure have bad luck with the site runners. But this complaint is a dozy. Mainly because the support staff doesn't seem to know basic math and refused to admit the game was wrong/cheating/ripping off customers. The first time i went to support was i hit free spins on the game the green knight. The top multiplier went to X10 then the spin stopped at a 20 cent win but one of the tiles was wild X10. So 20cents X10 is 2$ X10 again 20$ it paid me 2$. So i went to support they looked and told me it was good on the tab did i have a screenshot which i didn't. So i went back and played 6$ till i got lucky a hit free spins again this time on the last spin,which is x100. It came up as you can see as 4 horses in a straight line. Which is worth 30cents so i go to support again this time i have the screenshot. They again say it's running fine and the cash out was right. Are these people really dumb that they can't do basic math in what world is 30 cents x100 on the spin 3$.
Well i haven't even finish using my deposit to them i obviously going to lose my money here if wins are reduced by X10.

U pravu ste.. nemaju KSA licencu i obmanjuju ljude promotivnim imejlovima i vezama za partnere. Ali Holanđanima nije dozvoljeno da igraju na toj veb stranici. Trebalo bi da blokiraju Holanđane.

De ksa doen alleen onderzoeken als er meerdere klachten komen over een casino zoals met dit liscentie probleem. Ze zijn er niet om spelers problemen op te lossen. Maar melden heeft wel zin.

Ako podnesete zvaničnu žalbu KSA, oni mogu da vam daju ogromnu kaznu jer ste se kockali u ilegalnom kazinu. Kazna je do 6 hiljada evra.
