I ja dobijam neželjenu poštu sa bonus ponudama, jučer čak i 200% specijalni bonus putem e-pošte i 4 ili 5 drugih ponuda. Ovo je tako nečuveno, oni također reklamiraju novi bonus. Ovdje u Casino Guruu sada je otvorena 41 žalba. Svima nam duguju novac i reklamiraju nove bonuse ovo je namjerna prevara. I niko ništa ne radi po tom pitanju.

Za mene je zvanično 5 sedmica. Izgubio sam svaku nadu.. Uložio 500 eura.. Ne mogu zamisliti za ljude koji su uložili više..

Čeka se 4000 koje je obrađeno 9/5. Nadam se da sada imaju dosta problema ali će posle nekog vremena početi da isplaćuju korak po korak.. već vraćeno 5000 evra (trebalo je vremena) pokrenuli smo i žalbu i nadam se da mogu pomoći, ali ako ne nemoj uskoro početi isplaćivati niko neće nastaviti igrati tamo..
Ostalo mi je i 15000 na računu, pa ako je novac koji čekam nestao nadam se da će na kraju sve ispraviti i možda ću moći vratiti nešto od toga.

Naravno, bilo bi lijepo da vam damo kratak odgovor koji potvrđuje da su primili vaš e-mail i da će ga istražiti, ali da...to je ono što jeste.
On the other hand, you now at least the licensing authority deals with it. They might have many similar emails to yours and they'll just reply to all of them once they reach some conclusion. I suppose that they wouldn't deal with the casino if they didn't read your email and other emails from players.
Of course, it would be nice to give you a brief reply confirming they received your email and they're going to investigate it, but yeah...it is what it is.
