Hello, I used a bonus back in mid July and was able to meet the wagering requirements and cash out at $50. However, there was a problem with coindraw withdrawals according to them, and so I redid my withdrawal to bitcoin, which was July 27. I opened up a chat on the 8th asking why my withdrawal is still pending and not approved yet. The man was very friendly and said he would escalate my ticket as it is an unusual amount of time to be waiting. I’ve given it a few days since that chat and see nothing has changed. I tried opening a new chat a little while ago but no one entered the chat for a long time, so here I am.

May I ask, did the casino advise you to change your withdrawal method ? Didn't you try to enter the withdrawal again later via coindraw ? 

Anyway, I am of the opinion that it is not professional if the casino ignores you and does not try to deal with your situation. On the other hand, the casino has a pretty good safety index and has tried to resolve similar situations with other players in the past, so hopefully it will do the same now.

Thanks Jaro. Yes, originally I requested a withdrawal in mid-July, and it sat there for days, and when I talked to someone via chat they said there was a problem with Coindraw and to re-request it as a Bitcoin withdrawal. I did that on July 27, and every few days when nothing happened I would open a chat. They told me each time that it takes 7-10 days and that mine is in the queue. The last two chats they said they would escalate it, but still nothing. It’s only $50 and not some astronomical win.

Sure got it. I noticed that you haven't passed the KYC verification yet, which can be a bit of a drag, and I think this is the process that decent casinos offer right at the beginning of the registration. 

However, the good news in this case is at least that the casino is trying to escalate the problem. 

Anyway, for now, we can only wait and see how the situation proceeds and I would be glad if you could let us know if you learn anything new.
