I'm also waiting for a withdrawal from this casino. I requested on Monday and it's supposed to be processed in 3 business days but I'm still waiting. All they keep saying is that there's a delay without giving a timeline for resolution of the issue. I'm very frustrated.

Zdravo, tražio sam svoja prva povlačenja sa vildsino-a pre nekog vremena, ali nažalost ništa se još nije dogodilo. Svaki put mi se kaže da budem strpljiv, ali polako gubim strpljenje. Da budem iskren, počinjem da sumnjam da ću ikada dobiti novac, prošlo je skoro 2 nedelje i to nije normalno.

I am waiting from payment of 175 euros since Friday (03.07.56 am) when i applied. Hopefully casino pays me and its not a scam. As per casino rules they have within 72 hours to process my request and send me the funds I am owed. I will come back on this should payment not go through by Tuesday morning.

Well, to tell you the truth, we give casinos 14 full days to proceed with the payment before we can intervene in any case. So, even if you upload all the documents, which by the way is really unnecessary, and only if you file a complaint and you are asked to do so, it will be important to do, we need to wait for the 14-day time period to pass.
