According to our bonus term and conditions, each bonus has specified amount as a max win. That is the maximum amount of funds that can be available after the bonus is wagered. The system should subtract the amount automatically, but in rare cases, due to technical reasons, the amount is not subtracted. In that case, it is done manually.

At the moment of completion of the bonus wagering, the amount you had was 302.91 AUD higher than the max win of the bonus. That is why this amount was substracted

 As I mentioned in the previous message, not the final amount of funds that was left on your balance before you made a withdrawal is taken into account, but the amount that is left after bonus is wagered. 

According to your activity, the max win is 300 AUD, but the amount that was left on the balance at the moment, the bonus was wagered was 302.91 AUD higher than it. That is why the amount of 302.91 AUD was subtracted.

I may be wrong but I find the terms very misleading.

So my at the moment bonus was wagered, I was at 602.90. No where in the terms does it mention max cash out is 10x the amount of the balance upon finishing the wager.

Well, it was the first information you gave, even here on this forum, if I'm not mistaken. Almost every bonus these days comes with limitations

"Have just had my $500 withdrawal rejected and $302.90 removed from my balance. With just an email to refer to bonus terms.

And the balance was, according to the casino, $302.90. You should receive 300 AUD from the bonus. Has anything else been involved, perhaps? Like for example, did you deposit before the bonus wagering was fulfilled?

I guess where it went wrong for me was the below response to my withdrawal request, that I was directed back to bonus terms and conditions, rather than just stating the reason in that email.

Its all lack of transparency, it's not hard to provide the information to the customer. I am a firm believer in fairness, and I dont consider this casino to be unfortunately.

Please note that as I mentioned previously, the amount that is taken into account when calculating the subtraction is the one that is left at the moment the bonus was wagered, not the one that was left at the end of your gaming session.

Thank you for the updates. If you say that the max cashout is not clearly stated, I would say it is a poor experience, and from now on you may want to ask support before taking a bonus. I mean, how one can know whether the bonus is worth it without knowing its full limitation. 🙁

Regarding the deducted funds, I believe the casino has a different perspective and it may be related to the situation we call "mixed funds". At some casinos, the bonus and all its terms—the maximum cashout included—end only upon withdrawal requests. Sadly, completed wagering plays no role.

This information is very often mentioned in general terms or just general terms without any enforcement, leaving players confused.

Honestly, I have no idea whether this is it. The casino should explain. I suggest you ask the support about the whole context and why the amount was deducted at that precise value. Then, post the explanation here, please.
