You cannot possibly know what was in that user’s account — Winna Casino is clearly lying. I personally had an account, provided my ID, and still, about a month ago, my account was suddenly deactivated while there were funds left in it. Since then, I have been completely locked out — I can’t log in, I can’t send messages, nothing.
This is not a misunderstanding, this is outright fraud. Winna Casino is deliberately stealing from players. I am not the only one — there are many other users whose accounts were blocked in exactly the same way, with their money stolen and endless excuses given.
If Casino Guru continues to defend such practices instead of exposing them, it shows you are standing with scammers rather than with the players. That destroys your credibility and makes you part of the problem.
