Thank you for finally providing at least one piece of information to the casino representative, my last and still actual recommendation: if you believe the casino wrongfully blocked your account while funds were still there, the right way forward is to file a proper complaint with all available proof.

As I explained to you already: Saying that Casino Guru is defending Winna or deleting posts to cover up fraud doesn’t hold water without real examples. But I guess you already know by now.

On the website it says Winna is operated by GG Gaming LLC, with it's registered address in Costa Rica, but there is no reg number for the company.
