I won a big amount about 7 days ago but now i am battling to withdraw my winnings.

I uploaded my documents last week and my identity was confirmed i waited the 5 days for my winnings and then i saw that they were canceled. I ask them why and this is what they said in email.

Please feel free to upload a picture of you holding your ID on the website, under the Verification page or by email at your earliest convenience and then you may resubmit your withdrawal request in the system.

I then proceeded to email that to them but then i was told i need to upload it on there website but there is option to upload only to initiate verification which i have tried several times but still not getting verified i even used the iDenfy app and the app tells me verified but the website tells me to initiate verification. How can it be so difficult when i have emailed all documets required as well as MY ID that i am holding as requested

Hello, it's tedious this one does not support live chat. I'd demand a PrintScreen manual to show you where and how you can upload the photo to the website. I would also send them all the documents as a reply to their email.

Hi thanks i have done this numerous times to there security support and accounts department but no luck just keep getting the same reply from them. Now they are jot even answering my emails

And it always had live chat but ever since i have been trying to get assistance regarding this matter the icon has been removed yet on there other site i use the live chat is there

Same thing here. They are the same owners as Tangiers. This is what they do to avoid paying out wins. There are 205 complaints filed against them on the AG website. They keep forcing the 5 day wait on you and continue to find problems with your withdraw. Avoid at all costs!!

winnerama casino is a gang of crooks that are making victims all over the world, someone needs to stop these guys.. I did several researches and dozens of people with pending payments are having their accounts closed without any reason or explanation... they close the accounts and they no longer respond to emails leaving players without knowing what to do.. today it was my turn. after 30 days waiting for my payment they closed my account...

they were blacklisted in several places... in my case, besides closing my account, they didn't refund my money, they didn't even send an email or anything that could explain what happened...I did a long investigation complaints about tangiers casino and winnerama casino and dozens of people report the same thing that happened . closing of accounts and money confiscated for no reason.. I doubt they answer here.. because in most of the sites I visited the complaints were closed due to lack of communication from the casino,..

they are also on the blacklisted in AG..

i know i lost the money i deposited.. because they don't give a damn about these complaints,, they are unpunished and no one can do anything

The owner is in Canada, he's not too hard to find. His name is David. Do some research and you'll eventually get his work and home phone numbers. That's how I got paid.

I'm sure that our data team is aware of the blacklists, we just do things differently, and we prefer to do our review. Feel free to read more about it here.

It's good that you have submitted the complaint because it gives us additional space to evaluate how casinos respond to players' issues more directly. We just do not rely on others' reviews and ratings, we prefer our own direct experiences and "investigations".

this has become something personal to me.. my husband advised me to put it aside because the value they stole is insignificant.. however what upsets me is that they made a fool of me by making me wait a long time with apologies idiots and in the end close my account without any justification...


you can notice they use some seals ""approved casino""  


however they didn't earn these seals.. they are using it improperly without authorization... i made a denounce and one of the owners of these seals replied saying that they would call the legal department to force them to remove..


if a casino used an unauthoritative quality seal from the casino guru what would you think of it?

I agree with your husband, but I can also understand that nobody will fool you and you want to fight for the principle. And you're doing it just now because you have submitted the complaint and it is still open.

I have no clue about what "an unauthoritative quality seal from the casino guru" you are talking about, but it is important that you gave us the chance to check what is going on with your account and withdrawal, and if the casino won't do that, there will be consequences.

Just be patient please and give Nick more time for the complaint.🙏
