Na moje razočaranje, morao sam da prijavim WINO CGA-u zbog mog iskustva. Takođe sam ostavio recenzije na društvenim mrežama u vezi sa tim kako su me tretirali kao pravog kupca.
WINO je uzeo moj dobitak i ponudio mi povraćaj novca koji će trajati do 14 dana! Pa ipak, nisu dali nikakvo objašnjenje zašto su mi zatvorili nalog jer sam očigledno prekršio Uslove i odredbe.
Nije ispravno i ljudi treba da znaju kako ove e-kockanje funkcioniše kao kriminalni onlajn kazino koji samo uzima dobitke kupaca bez objašnjenja.
Govore svojoj korisničkoj službi da lažu kupce i da unaprede sve aktivnosti kako bi odgovarale vašem planu prevare kupaca.
Već mi je zatvoren jedan onlajn kazino i imam sve relevantne kontakte da ponovo pokrenem istragu.
Pošto imam stranice dokaza koji potkrepljuju sve moje tvrdnje, ne bojim se da ovo nastavim dalje, bez obzira koliko vremena to traje, jer smatram da ljudi treba da znaju kako funkcionišu, posebno kada čine prevaru putem lažne aplikacije koja reklamira „Ribolov" i oglašava se putem društvenih medija.
Činjenica je da dobijate obaveštenje da se vaše povlačenje obrađuje nakon što su svi moji dokumenti za KYC validirani!


Zatim, 5 dana kasnije, nakon razgovora sa „korisničkom podrškom", dobijam imejl u kojem me uveravaju da ću dobiti svoj dobitak!
Nakon što sam poštovao sve uslove i propise, pitao sam koje sam uslove i odredbe prekršio da biste mi zatvorili nalog i ne biste mi nagradili novac koji sam legitimno osvojio?... Nisam dobio odgovor i sada sam ponovo zaglavio.


It is to my disappointment that I have had to report WINO to the CGA in regards to my experience. I have also left reviews all over social media in regards to how they have treated me as a genuine customer.
WINO have taken my winning and offered me a refund that will take up to 14 days! Yet they have given no explanation as to why they have closed my account due to me apparently breaching T&C’s.
Is not right and people need to know how these e-gaming operate as a criminal online casino that just takes customers winnings without explanation.
They tell there customer support to lie to customers and pre long all activities to suit your agenda of scamming customers.
I have already had 1 online casino shut down and I have all the relevant contacts to start an investigation again.
As I have pages of evidence backing all my claims I am not afraid to take this further no matter how long it takes, as I feel people need to know how they operate, especially when they are committing fraud through false app that advertises "Fishing" and advertise through social media.
It’s the fact you get told your withdrawal is being processed after all my documents for KYC have been validated!


I then get email, 5 days later after speaking to "Customer Support" reassuring me that I will receive my winnings!
After me following all the T&C’s and regulations, I asked what T&C’s did I breach for you to close my account and not reward the money I legitimately won?… I got no response and now once again I stuck
