A self exclusion is for your protection. If you ask it for 3 months it should be 3 months and should not get taken off. As wizebets said it their self.


So I still disagree.


Aswell as they dont have a Curacao liscense as you claim. But its at Curacao court now aswell I showed my complaint on casinoguru. As they aswell say whatever your reason is for a selfexclusion ... its should NOT been taken off ... certainly not after 2 days! And certainly not if the casino says it can not been taken off.


Ive asked for a Self exclusion for 3 months. Not a account closure.


What is the use for a self exclusion if you can take it off whenever you want?

The problem is you should start distinguishing between self-exclusion and account closure. Do not mix those two tools, please.

A proper self-exclusion request consists of the reason stated as problem gambling, addiction, or gambling issues. In this case, the exclusion should be eminent and reversible.

What you did was "only" an account closure request which can be taken back anytime.

Some casinos have stated in their T&C that the self exclusion will be removed 24hrs after the request others that it will be removed 30 days after the request after a minimum of 30 days coldown if you wish to remove it before it ends. Maybe take a look at their t&c and search for any information regarding that in the case that they did remove in less time they state in their rules.

I clearly requested a self exclusion. If you ask a self exclusion for 3 months and say you are a gambling addict it should be closed.

A self exclusion asked for 3 months should be 3 months time out from gambling whatever the reason is.

Again what is the use for asking a self exclusion if you can lift it.

And for the 10th time Wizebets told me the first day the self exclusion I put on cannot be revoked because of their terms and conditions!!!!.

Wizebets told me in email it could not be removed before my 3 months self exclusion was done. They said because of the new rules it could only end after the 3 month cool period I set on. Thats was on the same day ive


put my selfexclusion on. I asked to remove it but it was not allowed as you can see in the email.


2 days later it was removed I have all the proof .. they told me.


But still casinoguru backs them up.

Yes, I agree mostly - If you ask for a self-exclusion due to a gambling problem, the account is not supposed to be reopened in the future. The self-exclusion should not be a temporary solution. According to the complaint, you have not mentioned the gambling problem - hence, no exclusion request was made, only a temporary account closure request.

I'm still trying to explain the main difference to you. That's all from my side.

Oh so a timeout/selfexclusion what I asked for is the same as a temporary account closure?. That can be open anytime you want? Nice protection. NOT.

So why did the casino says its not possible to open my account for 3 months as the above screenshot shows. I KNOW, Because its against the rules to end it before the asked time period ends.

So I still not see why this is not valid.

I'll try to explain again. Permanent, neverending, ultimate self-exclusion is only valid if you mention gambling problems, issues, or addiction. In such a case, the account should be permanently closed - as soon as possible.

Other demands can be revoked by the player at any time.

I didn't check what the casino states in the rules because it's not my place to do so, but the main idea is just as described. So, unless you mention you're addicted, it's not a permanent self-exclusion.

Next time, I would suggest setting appropriate gambling limits - if the casino offers such a tool. It should fit in a similar situation much better.

Still I do not agree. At many casinos a self exclusion is set for a certain time period rather you self exclude your self for gambling addiction or a holiday. You cant take off a selfexclusion before your timeout ends. As I said for a 100 times now Wizebets said them there self I cant end it before cool period ends.

So even If I would self exclude myself for the fun of it I would not be able to play even if I would beg to reopen my account or even send them flowers or cake!!!. But again you seem to say yes you can ask to close your account but you can ask 10 minutes later to reopen it because its your own responsibilty. Only if you say you are addicted its a reason to not reopen.

Its all clear 😉

Im gonna end the discussion with this for I am handeling this elsewhere now. So thanks for the enlightment! Still think its not valid and its a excuse to back up the casino.

Even if its clear in written even when the casino said them their self it could not be reopen. Haha.

Hm, I don't think it's a coincidence that you write posts under casinos that belong to the same group and praise them all. Or am I wrong ? I don't think it's right and certainly inappropriate to create an artificial conversation.

Funny thing is they do response to casinoguru. But since they rejected my complaint I went to other officials like casinomeister. A well known website who also solve complaints.

They did understand my complaint and agree with me and they tried to contact them for months. But Wizebets just ignores Casinomeister.

So my feeling..


Casinoguru rejects my complaint.. but wizebets do respond to them.

Casinomeister agrees with my complaint but get ignored.

Do the math 😂😂
