Casino is good from technical point of view and choice of games. But...there are often situation when deposits made by means of Mifinity disappear. Two times Mifinity forced Woocasino to add money to my account but last one nothing helped. Customer service offers only ready to send patterns of replies, they " investigate" for ages. Money was confiscated

What kind of payment method have you used to deposit in the casino? Crypto?

I used Mifinity in Polish currency PLN , deposit was 500 PLN (; around 110 euro) . Money was deducted from my account and Mifinity sent me written very detailfull confirmation it was transfered to Woocasino but they ignored it and said they had their investigation. Once asked what had they done and what is the result of investigation they refused to answer and sent only default ready answers.

Then I suggest you to submit a complaint if you still miss some of your deposits. It's not your responsibility to make sure the money will reach the casinos account. If you used a method they support, the money was deducted from your account and the payment provider confirmed they sent the money, then it's a matter of the casino and the payment provider. They should start talking together.

Next time, you should probably look for a casino with better reputation. I can see many complaints submitted by players against this group of casinos. About 50 % are solved so let's see if we manage to help 🙂

Its not that easy as very many casinos are blocked by internet providers so I have limited choice. Unfortunately I discovered casino guru very late after I made many bad choices

Zdravo, imam pitanje imam pobjedu u Wooocasinu. Hteo sam da ga otplatim, ali ti ne ideš iako sam tamo pobedio pre mesec dana i pokazali su mi novac normalno na račun i sad bih voleo da ne moram da idem preko Mifinityja pa sam postavio Mifinity dodao broj računa broj kartice sam poslao dokumente i prošlo je 5 dana i ništa se ne dešava. Kad im stalno pišem, moram potvrditi račun ili tako nešto. Radim sve iznova i iznova i nista .. I hocu da prebacim novac sa Woocasino na Mifinity ... Ili na svoj racun ... Molim pomozite ... Hvala

Očigledno Mifinity-ju nešto nedostaje i morate im to poslati. Kada odete na svoj račun na Mifinity, vidite li neke otpremljene dokumente koji čekaju odobrenje? Vjerojatno bi bilo dobro kontaktirati direktno Mifinity i pitati ih što im je još potrebno da verificiraju svoj račun. Kazino nema nikakve veze sa ovim.
