Update - so the withdraw on Yabby website has been moved from pending to complete, then sent email saying it was sent at 3:26 Eastern, but has yet to hit my account. I am new to crypto so not sure if 3 hour is way too long or not. I asked for the transaction hash just now.

You should check on it with the Pitt boss. Mine was approved too and now says they have problems again and would address it tomorrow.

Ok look I know things come up, and have been understanding and patient but this is very concerning.  I am a true believe in Yabby and Extreme, I have referend 3 active player even without a referral program. I know my play has been minimal as I had other matters to handle and honestly, I am not getting paid by another site, it just sits in pending. One of the reasons I will be very loyal in the future...however -


If this e-mail is true, then my payment has been with blockchain for over 4 hours...I find that hard to believe, and have not been provided the transaction hash? No response to my last two emails.


Can you please help me understand what the issue is? I am going to turn around and make a deposit if I know I can get paid?

Sure, you are correct, in my opinion, things are never so easy, and the signs showing the quality of your business partner is slowly falling apart are never perfectly readable. Based on the current world geopolitical mess, even the steadiest payment providers are experiencing complications. Casinos are out of that field...

But of course, for players, it does not matter at all. Agreed.

I went to withdrawal $50;from my player account via Bitcoin at YABBY Casino (didn't think there was verification when using Bitcoin as soon as I requested they put up red page to verify Identity. They verified my email and phone number then I had to upload front and back of ID and a selfie holding ID. This was over 8 days ago now to still no word on the process. I deposited money through bitcoin which is on hold so I can't even Play it that has been on hold for days. They said once I request payout my deposit will be credited well can't request payout because no one has verified my Identity. I uploaded my documents several more times thinking maybe they just didn't get them still nothing. I thought Yabby was a quick hassle free Bitcoin deposit and withdrawal but they have caused me hassle and loads of stress. I'm really upset I can't even play my deposit money I just have to wait and wait and wait. This is excessive I have never had this much trouble ever and I really like playing at Yabby. I have to say Wild casino and Cafe Casino were both lightening fast with my deposits and withdrawals I have never experienced this much trouble they verified me and my documents immediately along with my phone and email. Is this how it is everytime you play and deposit and withdrawal here?. Just curious. Frankly, there is not much to explain without getting the casino involved. Are you sure none of the emails has ended up in the trash bin or spam folder? I'm asking not to make you mad but because it happens to me a lot...

The thing is, we allow casinos 14 full days to verify a player's identity and send the payout, and sadly we can't skip this part eventually.

May I ask you to remind yourself to the support or chat and let me know about any updates you get?

Hi, I've moved your post here under the casino in question. Identity verification is usually the first time you make a withdrawal if your account has not been verified before. As this is a very important process, you need to cooperate with the casino and we give them 14 days to do this. Have you asked support what the problem is and why it takes so long, or if there are any problems with the verification process ? 

However, I'm not sure how it works in the casino itself, so I would recommend user reviews or complaints that reflect the experience of the players. The complaints I have looked at were also of a similar nature and players had a comparable problem to yours, with the casino trying to resolve the inconvenience. 

So if your situation is going to persist for the period of time I mentioned above, then I would recommend filing a complaint. 

In the meantime, try to be patient for a while and, if possible, keep us updated on your situation.

Yabby got back with me this morning at the same time you did. They approved me and I got my payout in process. They said from this point on it will be fast withdraws with no issues. I thank you and appreciate you answering my post.
