I sent in my id so i can be verfied it been a few days can u help me what do i do so i can withdraw.

Hello, we give casinos 14 days to sort out the KYC process so I don't think it's too bad to wait a few days. Casinos are careful about verification, so sometimes it can take a bit longer. But have you tried asking the if there is a problem if it takes a couple of days ? Is everything okay with the other documents and have they been accepted ? 

You will have to verify first before you can withdraw, so you will probably have to be a bit patient.

I believe I recanted my statements before about Yabby casino. They are in fact legit and payout within mins. if you win a prize. I'm not sure what happened with my KYC process with them but it was worked out and in fact on the top of my list now for online casinos.


If a moderator would be so kind as to delete my previous statements about Yabby casino that would be greatly appreciated. My previous comments were immature as to timing of KYC and should not reflect the operation of this casino in any way.

Hi, I understand that maybe your reaction was hasty in the past, but I think any player would feel the same way in your situation, so I don't think you wrote something wrong. It was your experience that you had, and sometimes people react a little bit more irritably in the moment, which is natural in certain moments. Of course you kept everything within the norm and didn't use bad language or swear at the casino.

On the contrary, I think it would be a good idea to leave the whole process here as it unfolded for you, and the players who read it will get the idea that you sorted it all out in the end and the casino is one of the best for you. I actually agree with this and it crossed my mind earlier. My only concern was if a reader stopped at the negative believing they've had their fill and based a decision solely off of said negative statement.


With that being said, I also trust that an individual readily invested in thorough research would not be so hasty in their decision from a few-as some would say-meger statements.

I am glad that we are thinking the same way on this because I think it is logical.

If a player would only stop at a certain point and not see how it ended, then he doesn't do enough quality research I would say and it wouldn't be relevant for me. Because in everyday life it also happens many times that something may not be positive at the first time, but over time the opinion and attitude can change. 

So I think everything is fine and I wish you all the best in your future. 🙂

I have had zero issues with Yabby, My KYC was super quick, and their payouts are ridiculously fast, they are also at the top of my list of all my casinos. I appreciate your suggestion to keep all the messages so everyone could read how the entire process unfolded.

So I'm glad if you don't have any problems. What payment method do you use for withdrawal ? Is there anything in this casino that you can't find elsewhere ? 

As for the conversation with the other player, I know what he's been through and since his opinion has changed over time, I thought it would be fair for the players to see everything. The important thing was that it all worked out well in the end. 🙂
