I had a problem with them in the beginning I won 2k and they kept stalling saying my I'd wasn't good enough so I figured after a month of waiting I spent the money. Than the next day my I'd was approved. I suggest to everyone get verified before u play because if u win big you will get the same stall treatment. It's definitely done on purpose. Otherwise I have played with them for years always got paid it does take to long but they do pay. I haven't had any issues since. The customer service is usually helpful . I have nothing bad to say about them now.

hi there.. i would like to file a complaint.. against yukon gold casino.. as they wont pay me my winnings.. i never had a problem before as it seems this is new.. i redeemed loyalty points which was 114.. so was winning.. tried to cash out at 300.. and than this issue came up.. i talked with their chat and they said.. (1st chat) said i had to play up to 3000 dollars than i can withdraw.. i said well ... it and played with the rest which brought me up to this amount..830.55 and the bonus balance went down to 84 dollars?? i am very confused.. plse help.. me get my winnings..thx

Hi, I see the complaint has been opened. Regarding your problem, could it be that there was a maximum win from loyalty points and therefore your winnings dropped to a certain amount? Was it necessary for you to verify with the casino?

hi.. never had to before.. as u can see u need to accumulate certain amount to receive the loyalty point for free play.. in pic.. and never had this problem before.. and also as u can see there is no explaination at all.. i nver play the bonus at all.. as i got ripped off once from it.. so i never play the bonus..filefile can u plse check it out.. thank u..file as again this morn..

Looking at the last screenshot, I don't know what seems to be the problem for you. According to what it says, you still have to do some wagering I suppose to have the cashout unlocked because it is still part of the bonus. Have you tried asking the chat or support how much more you need to wager? Did you hit the 3000 they mentioned? Maybe that's the problem if you haven't rolled over the amount you were supposed to.
