I signed up at 4rabet after looking and trusting the number 1 rating you gave them. After signing up and making a deposit I managed to end up at INR20,000. Now my withdrawal i n pending for more than 24 hours. I asked them if they have an ADR and they refuse to tell. They are asking me to wait for 72 hours. What should I do?

you should wait, I believe. The most important part of the first withdrawal is passing the KYC (know your customer) verification. Only after that, you are eligible to withdraw.

Its been on pending status since the day I requested for withdrawal on thursday (14th July).

I think that the status does not correspond with what the support says. I would guess it should be accepted or processing, or something similar.

Also, it seems that there is no transaction id so far. You can ask your bank about any incoming pending transactions.

Let's just give it a few more days and we shall see. Alternatively, you can submit a complaint, just keep in mind that we allow casinos 14 full days to fulfill withdrawal.

My withdrawal which was pending has been declined. I have been asked to verify myself again. I have been told if I dont verify my self in 5 days I will not be able to withdraw my money 'ever'. Money will be confiscated.

Also previously I was allowed to withdraw INR50000 maximum which is around €800. Now my limit is INR1000 which is equal to €13 and as long as my one transaction is not processed I cannot request another.

I seriously dont understand how on earth has Casino.guru has given this casino No.1 rating. Its very irresponsible on your side as well.

I'm sure there must be some reason, why the casino asks for further verification. I can understand that if you are not fully verified, you also can't receive any winnings. You should cooperate, it's in your best interest.

I think that you should focus on providing every document even several times. From my point of view it's far better than simply waiting because you think that the support is lying, don't you think? This support agent is most probably a different person than the one who takes care of your verification.

I'd ask them what is missing.
