I get what youre saying but they also state in their own terms and policies that they will do KYC when 7500eu or more is deposit in 1 month. My first month ive deposit over 10k alone and 5 months after (when ive asked for the refund) they asked for a KYC (which never been fully completed due to weird/no communication by their side). Which is just another huge rule theyve broken regarding duty of care. They just really fuckedup badly on multiple fronts. If you watch trustpilot or onetime forum you will read more similair stories regarding the settlement agreements btw.

If you're in touch with players whose winnings were confiscated due to restricted countries or under unfair circumstances (feel free to consult the Casino Guru Fair Gamblign Codex 👈), bring them here. Watching Trust Pilot won't help much, to be honest, not just because we can't get in touch with the players to confirm their issues, but also from my own experience, a site that claims that review stating Casino Guru is a fraud because they do not pay out winnings is an honest player's experience, does not sound very trustworthy, at least in my opinion.

I read your complaint and I empathize with your objections, yet as being said, these are for lawyers.

We already penalize casinos for not having licenses, but it is not enough to view your complaint as justified. Sending email offers that provide confusing or false information means you need to prove that you have not been given the promised bonus or anything on the same level, especially the deposit bonus. I'm not sure whether this was part of the aforementioned complaint anyway.

Stripping players from bonuses - cashback is also on the edge of our line of work, combined with unclear VIP status conditions or properties is most likely out of our scale completely. I sent you the Fair Gambling Codex to demonstrate things we try to address and resolve based on our methodology. I imagine such a situation could be described as a terrible user experience, but I'm not completely sure the casino acted totally unfair.

Hello, I also suffered from Jungliwin site, which bought ads for registration from my country (Kazakhstan).

I am a resident of this country, despite being a citizen of the Russian Federation.

I have documents confirming that I live and pay taxes in the Republic of Kazakhstan, which I provided, as well as a bank account in local currency, from which I made deposits (more than 5k dollars in total). It would have been impossible to open a bank account without residency.

After I won a large amount of money I was asked to go through KYC, I sent all the documents and got blocked due to prohibited country of residence (Russian Federation). Before moving to Kazakhstan I lived in Europe (Iceland) and passed all KYC related checks on sites that accepted Icelandic residents for betting/playing in casinos. So I was sure that I would not have any problems, as under exactly the same system I register and play on domestic companies for residents and citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

But Jungliwin site decided otherwise and confiscated all my winnings (17000 dollars considering my deposits of 6000).

There is no direct communication, only through support, I have left all sorts of requests and am waiting for an answer, but have no hope after finding this thread on the forum.

When I uploaded a bank statement with my address to the site I was told that the documents were accepted and verification would be done, however at the end they just blocked and confiscated the funds.

I read that it is possible to leave a complaint through your website, but when making a complaint you cannot select either Jungliwin.com or as stated "uknkown" company.

Can you guide me please where I can go or how I can contact the main company Casbit Group N.V.? - as the rules of Jungliwin.com state that they are not responsible and do not make decisions on accounts, and this is directly handled by Casbit Group N.V..

UPD. 2 After checking the possibility of a Curacao licensee was found :

A Curacao licensee cannot accept players from just a few countries, specifically the USA, France, Australia, the Netherlands, and Curacao itself. However, there is no oversight beyond the standard KYC AML and CFT regulations that apply to all the other registered online casinos worldwide.

It turns out that the reason and the rules for which I was blocked by Jungliwin.com are internal and have nothing to do with the license request

We have information that they are going through some rebranding, and wait to see what is going to change there. Or maybe nothing will change and they will continue as before.

I had no withdrawals from this site, I made my first deposits of 4000 dollars and lost them, I tried to withdraw 1000 once and was asked for verification, but I continued to make deposits and play on them, at the moment I managed to win with last 1000 deposit - 17000, the VIP manager congratulated me on a successful day and said that it remains only to confirm my identity (bank statement) and I will be able to withdraw them.

I provided the statement, I was told it fits all great, but after KYC double-checked that I have Russian citizenship, they zeroed my account and canceled all winnings. I bet on dota 2 the international and ESL Pro league, these are Tier1 biggest esports tournaments in the world. I bet big and did not break any rules.

I made a deposit from the Bank of Kazakhstan in local currency on registration from the ads that are on HLTV.org, once made a crypto deposit, but it did not reach until now and there were problems with the network (my mistake) I was told that the deposit will be credited within 60 days with withholding 10% commission.

Then I continued to make deposits from my bank account, from which I also sent a statement showing the transactions and that the card belongs to me.

UPD. I live legally in Kazakhstan, pay taxes here, have the same rights as Kazakhstani residents (only I can't vote in elections) This allows me to have a driver's license, a bank account, a tax number, and a residence . But the site does not take this into account, and applies the rule Russian means you can't, I have never had this in 8 years of betting around the world, after confirming that you do not live in Russia - always all confirmed verification.

Hello, I received an update from Jungliwin where they informed me that they are willing to go out of their way to meet me and refund all my deposits instead of the last one.

I am definitely happy about this, but now I don't understand if I can seek a refund of all funds (17000 USD) Or should I be happy that they will at least refund the deposits.

I'm afraid that the bookmaker will change his mind about returning anything to me, as they will only process the refund for 14 days and it's unclear how long it will take for the transfer.

I hope for your advice in this matter, as the amount of the deposit and the amount of winnings is very significant and I am afraid to lose everything

UPD. Got another update that the refund on the card will be 3-4 weeks (I don't understand where that kind of time comes from)

And crypto deposit refund will be 60 days.

This is despite the fact that my 12,000 net winnings were essentially stolen from me and now my own money is offered to be returned in a month's time

UPD 2.

I tried to politely clarify with the VIP manager why the term increased from up to 14 days to 21 to 28 days, to which I was informed that I am already doing me a big favor returning the funds and no one will communicate with me anymore, and messages in online chats will be ignored.

I understand the site does not want to give me anything at all, I did not break any rules, and they first blocked me taking 17 000, after "did a favor" returning deposits, but will return in a month and will no longer talk to me.

UPD 3. I posted an additional message in this forum thread, but it disappeared and I got a message saying it was waiting for confirmation and verification. I hope it has reached you and you can add another update from my side regarding this site belonging to this company and its policy towards its users

Jungliwin's site rules state that they do not handle anything, all payments/issues/disputes are handled by casbit group n.v. administration.

I was also told by VIP manager that all requests go to a special department of another company.

This holding company has several casinos presented on your site and I assume that they operate in exactly the same way through casbit group n.v. as the site, which unfairly took away my $12,000 winnings and did me a favor by returning my lost deposits, provided that I did not violate any rules and did not commit any prohibited actions.

I have been betting for more than 8 years and this is the first time I have been confronted with confiscation of balance and attitude, in which I am directly told that in online chat will officially ignore now any of my message, while I always talk culturally and correctly never insulting or swearing at anyone, I have a saved dialog and I have already sent it, I can send it again there you can see that I did nothing to get such an attitude towards myself.

To increase traffic acquisition, but can a company that doesn't pay out and confiscates players' fair winnings even have the same trust status as Stake or Roobet? It seems to me that ordinary users should be warned that even if they win, they won't get their winnings back
