Zdravo, i ja sam patio od sajta Junglivin, koji je kupovao oglase za registraciju iz moje zemlje (Kazahstan).
Ja sam stanovnik ove zemlje, iako sam državljanin Ruske Federacije.
Posedujem dokumente koji potvrđuju da živim i plaćam porez u Republici Kazahstan, koje sam obezbedio, kao i bankovni račun u lokalnoj valuti sa kojeg sam uplatio depozite (ukupno više od 5 hiljada dolara). Bilo bi nemoguće otvoriti bankovni račun bez prebivališta.
Nakon što sam osvojio veliku sumu novca zamolili su me da prođem kroz KIC, poslao sam sva dokumenta i bio sam blokiran zbog zabranjene zemlje boravka (Ruska Federacija). Pre nego što sam se preselio u Kazahstan, živeo sam u Evropi (Island) i prošao sve KIC provere na sajtovima koji su prihvatali stanovnike Islanda za klađenje/igranje u kockarnicama. Tako da sam bio siguran da neću imati nikakvih problema, jer se po potpuno istom sistemu registrujem i igram na domaćim kompanijama za stanovnike i državljane Republike Kazahstan.
Ali sajt Junglivin je odlučio drugačije i konfiskovao je sav moj dobitak (17000 dolara s obzirom na moje depozite od 6000).
Ne postoji direktna komunikacija, samo putem podrške, ostavio sam sve vrste zahteva i čekam odgovor, ali nemam nade nakon što sam našao ovu temu na forumu.
Kada sam postavio izvod iz banke sa svojom adresom na sajt, rečeno mi je da su dokumenti prihvaćeni i da će biti urađena verifikacija, ali su na kraju samo blokirali i zaplenili sredstva.
Pročitao sam da je moguće ostaviti žalbu preko vaše veb stranice, ali kada se žalite ne možete izabrati ni Junglivin.com ni kako je navedeno "uknkovn" kompaniju.
Možete li me uputiti gde mogu da idem ili kako da kontaktiram glavnu kompaniju Casbit Group NV? - pošto pravila Junglivin.com navode da oni nisu odgovorni i ne donose odluke o računima, a ovim direktno upravlja Casbit Group NV.

Vlasnik licence Curacao ne može prihvatiti igrače iz samo nekoliko zemalja, posebno iz SAD, Francuske, Australije, Holandije i samog Kurasaa. Međutim, ne postoji nadzor osim standardnih KIC AML i CFT propisa koji se primenjuju na sva druga registrovana onlajn kazina širom sveta.
Ispostavilo se da su razlog i pravila zbog kojih sam blokiran od strane Junglivin.com interni i nemaju nikakve veze sa zahtevom za licencu

Before moving to Kazakhstan I lived in Europe (Iceland) and passed all KYC related checks on sites that accepted Icelandic residents for betting/playing in casinos. So I was sure that I would not have any problems, as under exactly the same system I register and play on domestic companies for residents and citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
But Jungliwin site decided otherwise and confiscated all my winnings (17000 dollars considering my deposits of 6000).
There is no direct communication, only through support, I have left all sorts of requests and am waiting for an answer, but have no hope after finding this thread on the forum.
When I uploaded a bank statement with my address to the site I was told that the documents were accepted and verification would be done, however at the end they just blocked and confiscated the funds.
I read that it is possible to leave a complaint through your website, but when making a complaint you cannot select either Jungliwin.com or as stated "uknkown" company.
Can you guide me please where I can go or how I can contact the main company Casbit Group N.V.? - as the rules of Jungliwin.com state that they are not responsible and do not make decisions on accounts, and this is directly handled by Casbit Group N.V..
