From our side, I would say that we are doing our best. You've started a complaint, so I'd wait to see how it all develops. 

As far as the legal stuff is concerned, we are too short on that, so we are not moving in that area.

However, if you're patient we'll see what our team finds out and then I'd move on to the lawsuit you mention if nothing goes right.
