Uspeo sam da podignem povraćaj sredstava trgovcu Fomiline UAB (Kuickbit Limited), tako da su dobre vesti,
međutim,
moj povraćaj sredstava Gorivire Sp.zoo (takođe Kuickbit Limited) je tada odbijen, sa njihovim obrazloženjem da je to bio transfer novca na drugi finansijski račun, tako da nema prava na spor
Otišao sam usluge/robu koja nije primljena za oboje. Revolut deluje nedosledno u svojim istragama. Ove transakcije su na kraju prošle kroz istu kompaniju, kuickbit.
Da li treba da nastavim sa žalbom?

I managed to raise a chargeback to merchant Fomiline UAB (Quickbit Limited) so good news,
however,
my chargeback to Goriwire Sp.z.o.o (also Quickbit Limited) then got declined, with their reasoning it was a money transfer to another financial account, so no dispute rights
I went services/goods not received for both. Revolut seem inconsistent in their investigations. These transactions ultimately went through the same company, quickbit.
Should I follow this up with a complaint?
