Ljudi, jednu stvar koju sam shvatio prilično brzo sa ovim stvarima je da izgleda da Mastercard nema jasna pravila o netačnom MCC-u kao što to ima VISA.
Kada sam nazvao svoj Santander (oni su Mastercard) rečeno mi je da nemaju osnova da povraćaju na netačan MCC i takođe ne mogu da navedu transakcije kao prevaru jer sam ih ja ovlastio. Ne gubite vreme pokušavajući da to uradite jer će to samo odložiti proces mogućeg vraćanja novca. Morate posebno da tražite robu i usluge koje nisu primljene, pretpostavljam da je zbog toga većina vas imala problema sa podnošenjem zahteva
Naravno, ne znam sa sigurnošću šta će se desiti sa mojim, ali ću vas sve obaveštavati i truditi se da pomognem. Otkako sam pronašao ovu temu, pročitao sam većinu stranica i proveo sate svog vremena istražujući tu temu. Izgubio sam previše novca u ovim kockarnicama da ne bih dao sve od sebe🤣
Guys one thing I will say that I picked up on pretty quickly with this stuff is that Mastercard doesnt seem to have clear rules on incorrect MCC like VISA do.
When I called my Santander (they are Mastercard) I was told that they do not have grounds to chargeback on incorrect MCC and they also cannot raise the transactions as fraud because I authorised them. Don't waste your time trying to do this as it will only delay the process of possibly getting your money back. You need to specifically ask for goods and services not received I suspect that is why most of you have had problems getting claims raised
Of course I dont know for certain what will happen with mine but I will keep you all updated and try my best to help. Since I found this thread Ive read most pages and spent hours of my own time researching the subject. Ive lost too much money to these casinos to not try my best🤣
