Zdravo svima, već dugo vas čitam i odlučio sam da intervenišem


Već mesecima radim povraćaj sredstava i mogu da kažem da mnogi trgovci ne reaguju kada ih kontaktiram ili kada im banka prosledi reklamaciju. Obično posle 30/40 dana dobijem povraćaj novca

neki od ovih trgovaca su BULLETSKINS PANOMIC3D FILE ENERGI OSIM


Ali u poslednje vreme stvari idu drugačije, imam nekoliko povraćaja sredstava od COOLCS2 sa revolutom i to je prvi put da trgovac odgovara na žalbu, obaveštenje je stiglo danas, ali mi banka očigledno ne dozvoljava da vidim koje dokaze su dali (verovatno neka lažna faktura)


Desilo mi se u prošlosti da sa drugom bankom izvršim povraćaj sredstava od SKINSMAGNATE-a i poslali su banci lažnu fakturu, uprkos svemu banka je odlučila da mi sve vrati.


Da li se i vama dešava da se u poslednje vreme trgovci javljaju?

Nastavljam samo sa žalbom „roba ili usluga nije primljena", jer koliko sam razumeo, čim pomenete kazino, banka odustaje čak i ako ste u pravu.

poslali su mi i lažnu fakturu pre nekog vremena... Bojim se da skoro svi počinju ovo da rade. srećom i moj je sadržao netačne podatke i možda se i banka zbog toga složila sa mnom. Ne znam kako se stvari mogu promeniti kada ovi sajtovi pošalju banci lažnu fakturu sa autentičnim podacima.

Not sure how they can contest the claim unless they falsify invoices etc! Mine wasn’t even for a huge amount with them either, you would think it would be easier to pay rather than risk having too many chargebacks against them!

sa skinsmagnatom iznos je bio 500 evra i poslali su lažnu fakturu ali mi je banka uprkos svemu vratila novac. sigurno jedini dokaz da osporavaju potraživanje je slanje lažne fakture, sada moramo da vidimo da li banka razume ili ne da je reč o lažnom dokumentu.
