I told them to escalate it to a complaint but not hopeful. What do you suggest I get together for it? I’ve already supplied loads of evidence including emails from the casino refusing to supply evidence of deposits.
They even said "We understand that the Merchant Category Codes show differently and that this is not something the merchant should do, but that doesn't change the chargeback rights that are currently available to us."
