Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. I’m not sure, i haven’t spoke to them, but I raised it with my bank, after 45 days I asked them what happened, and they said that the merchant rejected the chargeback
