Dugo sam posetilac ovog foruma. Hteo sam da se pridružim da vam ispričam svoju priču i gde se nalazim sa svim. Potrošio sam oko 100 hiljada funti u poslednjih 12 meseci. 30 hiljada funti pre oktobra kada sam podigao novac od banke koja je odbila da bilo šta preduzme, od tada sam potrošio još 70 hiljada funti, pa sam se ponovo žalio banci zbog nedostatka zaštitnih provera koje su uspostavili i kako nisu ništa preduzeli od moje prepiske sa njima u septembru. Trebalo bi da imam dobar slučaj.
Uspeo sam da pronađem imejl adrese za DNS, SIKCNTVK, ONLINDG*B, ONLINED*DG ONLNDG*BB, ONLNDGDMND - Niko još nije odgovorio. ONLIN* su ista kompanija i trenutno su u procesu dobrovoljnog brisanja iz Registra kompanija, tako da ako ne dobijem povraćaj novca u dogovorenom roku, podneću prigovor Registru kompanija.
Uspešno sam vratio novac od rippletheme-a, a izgleda obećavajuće i za neke druge. (Ukupan povraćaj do sada je 1000 funti, a dodatnih 500 funti je u toku).
Falkora Finans mi je odgovorila i rekla da će banka morati da podnese zahtev, tako da i to izgleda obećavajuće.
Uz sve to rečeno, praćenje i upravljanje svim imejlovima, žalbama, gde god da se sve nalazi, je iscrpljujuće, pa razmišljam o izgradnji CRM-a kako bih sakupio sve moguće podatke na jednom mestu, omogućavajući svima koji ga koriste da imaju jedno mesto gde se upravljaju svim njihovim podacima. Ideja je da CRM šalje imejlove kazinima i/ili trgovcima, a odgovori se vraćaju u vaš CRM, tako da imate jednostavan način da izvezete informacije koje su vam potrebne za banku ili FOS.

Long time lurker of this forum. Wanted to join to give you my story and where i am with everything. Spend about £100k in the last 12 months. £30k before October when i raised it with my bank who refused to do anything, since then spent another £70k so i've complained again to my bank about the lack of safeguarding checks they put in place and how they had done nothing since my correspondence with them back in September. I should have a good case.
I have managed to find the email addresses for DNS, SIKCNTVK, ONLINDG*B, ONLINED*DG ONLNDG*BB, ONLNDGDMND - None have responded yet. ONLIN* ones are the same company and are currently in voluntary strike off with Companies House so if i don't receive a refund within the agreed timeframe i will raise an objection with Companies House.
I have had a successful refund from rippletheme and it is looking promising for some others too. (Total refund to date is £1k and another £5k in progress).
Falcora Finance have responded to me and have said the bank will need to raise a claim so that at least is looking promising too.
Having said all that, tracking and managing all emails, complaints, where everything is, is exhausting so i'm looking at building a CRM to compile all data i can into a single place, allowing anyone who uses it to have a single place where all your data is managed. With the idea that the CRM will email out to the casinos and / or merchants and responses go back to your CRM so you have an easy way of exporting the information you need for the Bank or the FOS.
Would anyone be interested? Think resolver.co.uk but for compiling a dossier for everything we're all dealing with including details for each merchant where I've got it or you guys can contribute to?
