U početku sam imao uključenu kompaniju za upravljanje potraživanjima, pa sam mislio da će biti od veće pomoći u izgradnji ovoga, tako da možda nisam uradio dovoljno, nisam siguran.
Poslao sam FOS-u upozorenja vladama drugih zemalja o kazinima Santeda Group, logove ćaskanja gde je kazino prvobitno negirao povezanost sa Falcora Finance-om i kako to ukazuje na nešto zlokobnije što se dešava, kao i na to da nisu licencirani. Dostavio sam nekoliko logova ćaskanja između mene i Revolut-a gde su rekli da će povratiti moja sredstva, a kasnije su odustali i odbili da potvrde napredak u povraćaju sredstava, gde sam ih više puta tražio pomoć u blokiranju ovih isplata jer imam zavisnost od kockanja i izgubio sam toliko novca. Takođe, linkovi do uslova Falcora Finance-a koji navode da je kockanje zabranjeno uprkos tome što su poznati posrednički dobavljač plaćanja za ove nelicencirane kazina. Objasnio sam da me Revolut nikada nije kontaktirao u vezi sa ovim isplatama uprkos tome što su bili svesni moje zavisnosti od kockanja i ranjivosti i dozvolili su mi da izgubim 20 hiljada dolara za jednu noć.
Pretpostavljam da možda nisam strukturirao svoj argument najbolje što sam mogao, ali sam ipak šokiran ishodom jer su istražitelji isplate iz noći kada sam izgubio 20 hiljada nazvali „malim isplatama" koje ne bi zasluživale pažnju Revoluta. I initially had a claims management company involved so thought they would be more helpful and assist in constructing this so maybe I didn’t do enough, I’m not sure.
I sent the FOS other countries Government warnings about Santeda Group casinos, chat logs where the casino was initially denying affiliation with Falcora Finance and how this pointed to something more sinister going on as well as them being unlicensed. I provided several chat logs between myself and Revolut where they said they would recover my funds then later backtracked and refused to confirm progress of funds recovery, where I asked them for help blocking these payments repeatedly as I have a gambling addiction and lost so much money. Also, links to Falcora Finance’s Terms which state gambling is forbidden despite them being a well-known intermediary payment provider for these unlicensed casinos. I explained Revolut never checked in with me about these payments despite being aware of my gambling addiction and vulnerability and allowed me to lose 20k in one night.
I’m guessing maybe I didn’t structure my argument as well as I could have but still shocked at the outcome as the investigators referred to the payments on night I lost 20k as ‘small payments’ that wouldn’t warrant attention from Revolut. I sent links and screenshots to back up everything I said too.
