Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Could you please provide proof that you have contacted them? You can even block out the merchants email if that is what you are worried about but I don’t believe you have found any information about them. The only thing I have to go on is merchant name DSolPay and a website pay2drss, both of these lead me nowhere

They tried telling me that they had fulfilled their contract with purchases so I got the bank chargeback. It’s been 2 weeks now and it’s still ongoing
