Why do you say this is a progressive jackpot slot?

It clearly is not? Please could you modify the error because my casino is saying I breached bonus terms by playing progressive jackpot slot...

And they conveniently only rely on your website, while every single other website like askgamblers and others clearly says it's non progressive.


Casino guru feels like you work together with casino's to scam users ...

Hi, I spoke to a colleague who said he contacted the game provider and we'll see what we find out from the reply. I'm not sure if the casino should deal with the game provider on what slot it is and not rely on other sites. 

Anyway, we're not trying to mislead the players or be on their side with the casinos, this is actually the first time I've seen something like what I saw in your complaint, that the casino would write that they rely on us and that's why they have it set up like that. 

So be sure to give everything to our team who are trying to help you in your situation and I am very curious to see how it all turns out in the end.

Thanks for your understanding and reply. It's crazy right? In total they have took more than 2000 euro of my withdrawal and confiscate it!

Askgamblers didn't even open a complaint (I feel like they're getting paid to do that) if anyone lands here from a Google search: AVOID JOYA.CASINO AT ALL COST.


In the meantime I'm working with your colluege to send all proof of'my complaint.

It's always the Russians doing this kind of scammy sh*t . I love Russia but I will avoid playing on their casino's after this. In the meantime can you see if you can change the ✅ into an ❌ next to the progressive jackpot sentence? It's obvious it's not progressive especially if max win is 2500x

From the same perspective, the casino should consult the game's properties with the game's provider, BGaming. If they provide incorrect info on their website, they should contact the provider to resolve the matter abd address your issue adequatelly.

To me, it seems very unlucky to say "Casino Guru marked this game as progressive jackpot; hence, we confiscate your winnings. For players in the casino, it matters the most how the casino describes the game in the first place.

In my opinion, this reply indicates the casino should handle the situation differently. I also think the question of error is out of the option due to the response. Well, see for yourself:
