Dostavljeni su mi dokazi koji potkrepljuju odluku kazina. Nažalost, nakon prikupljanja svih potrebnih informacija, odbacujemo ovu žalbu kao neopravdanu zbog kršenja uslova korišćenja kazina i uslova za bonus - višestruki nalozi povezani korišćenjem istog načina plaćanja na povezanim nalozima, a nalozi su registrovani sa iste lokacije, što se ne može smatrati pukom slučajnošću. Kazina imaju veoma strogu politiku u vezi sa slučajevima višestrukih naloga koji su korišćeni na ovaj način, a kazino je postupio u skladu sa svojim uslovima korišćenja, kao što je ranije pomenuto u klauzuli 9.7 od strane tima kazina.
Vi, kao i svaki drugi igrač, pristali ste na pravila kazina kada ste registrovali svoj nalog i vaša je odgovornost, kao i bilo ko drugi, da ih se pridržavate.
Svakako imate pravo da se ne složite sa ovim zaključkom i možete se obratiti organu za licenciranje kazina ili nadležnom telu u vašoj zemlji ako i dalje smatrate da je vaš stav opravdan, ali mi nismo u mogućnosti da ponudimo bilo kakvu dodatnu pomoć u vezi sa ovim pitanjem. I was provided with evidence supporting the casino's decision. Unfortunately, after gathering all the necessary information, we are rejecting this complaint as unjustified due to breaching the casino's terms and conditions and bonus terms and conditions - multiple accounts linked by using the same payment method in related accounts, and the accounts have been registered from the same location, which cannot be considered a mere coincidence. Casinos have a very strict policy regarding multiple account cases that have been used in this way, and the casino has acted according to its terms and conditions, as mentioned in clause 9.7. by the casino team earlier.
You, like any other player, agreed to the casino rules when you registered your account, and it is your responsibility, like anybody else's, to follow them.
You certainly have the right to disagree with this conclusion and can reach out to the casino licensing authority or the relevant body in your country if you still feel justified in your position, but we are unable to offer any additional assistance regarding this issue.
