Nisi mi dao novac od 3. aprila. Jesi li prevarant?
Pišem Vam da bih zvanično prijavio nerešena pitanja u vezi sa dva depozita koja sam izvršio na Vašoj platformi.
Sredstva su ostala u statusu „Odobrenje nadoknade" već nekoliko meseci i nisu
uplaćeno je na moj račun.
U nastavku su detalji obe transakcije:
1. Prvi depozit

- Datum depozita: 3. april 2024.
- Iznos depozita: 915.000 UZS

Ova duga kašnjenja mi uzrokuju ozbiljne neprijatnosti.
Ljubazno Vas molim da hitno ispitate oba problema i što pre uplatite pune iznose na moj račun.
Ako transakcije ne mogu biti završene, zahtevam potpuni povraćaj novca na prvobitno korišćeni način plaćanja.
Napomena: Već sam dostavio/la i zvanični izvod iz banke i potvrdu od
bankarska aplikacija kao dokaz o plaćanju.
Ova dokumenta su priložena kako bi se pomoglo u brzom rešavanju ovog pitanja.

I am writing to formally report unresolved issues regarding two deposits I made on your platform.
The funds have remained in 'Approval of Compensation' status for several months and have not
been deposited into my account.

These long delays are causing me serious inconvenience.
I kindly request that you urgently investigate both issues and credit the full amounts to my account as soon as possible.
If the transactions cannot be completed, I request full refunds to the original payment method used.
Please note: I have already provided both my official bank statement and the receipt from the
banking app as proof of payment.
These documents are attached to assist in resolving this matter quickly.
