Imam utisak da 22bet namerno usporava KYC procedure za mene.
Pridružio sam se sajtu zbog odličnih kvota koje su prvobitno nudile sport, ali posle nekog vremena sam primetio da su mi se kvote znatno pogoršale nakon prijavljivanja (u poređenju sa onim što je bilo prikazano pre prijavljivanja i nakon odjavljivanja).
Što se tiče verifikacije:
Umesto da mi odmah kažu koja su im dokumenta potrebna, postepeno mi se ove informacije dostavljaju. 22bet traži dokumenta samo da bi ih zatražio (i da bi produžio KYC proces).
Primer: Već sam dostavio fotografije svog pasoša, pasoša koji držim pored lica i vozačke dozvole, ali sada se od mene traži da dostavim i fotografiju lične karte. Na mojoj ličnoj karti nema dodatnih informacija koje se ne mogu dobiti i iz pasoša ili vozačke dozvole.
Zahtevi stalno stižu, jedan dokument za drugim, i pretpostavljam da će, nakon što dostavim tu fotografiju moje lične karte, biti samo još jedan zahtev i još jedan zahtev.
Pitao sam podršku da li mogu da mi daju spisak SVIH dokumenata koji su im potrebni, a odgovor je bio ne (videti prilog). Pitao sam koliko će još zahteva biti, ali nisam dobio odgovor.
Ovo postaje dosadno.
I got the feeling that 22bet intentionally slow-walks KYC procedures for me.
I joined the site because of the great odds initially offered on sports but after a while I noticed that my odds got significantly worse after logging in (compared to what was displayed before logging in and after logging out).
Regarding verification:
Instead of telling me what documents they need straight away I am drip-drip-drip fed this information. 22bet requests documents just for the sake of requesting them (and for drawing out the KYC process).
An example: I have already provided photos of my passport, my passport held next to my face and my drivers' license yet I am now asked to provide a photo of my ID card. There is no extra information on my ID card that cannot also be obtained from my passport or my drivers' license.
The requests keep coming always one document after another and my guess is that after I provide that photo of my ID card there will just be another request and another request.
I asked support if they could give me a list of ALL the documents they need and the answer was no (see attachment). I asked how many more requests there will be and got no answer.
This is getting annoying.
