Pokušao sam da uložim žalbu koristeći live chatbot, ali oni nemaju odgovarajuće dugme za registraciju problema sa „ograničenjem naloga", poslao sam im i poštu u vezi sa problemom, ali nisu dali nikakav zadovoljavajući odgovor.
Požalio sam se i predao tiket za problem isplate koji takođe nije rešen više od 2 dana, stalno govore da je uplata na pregledu sa njihove kase.
Molim vas pomozite, imam veliki iznos kao što je predloženo u žalbi.
Takođe slanje odgovora putem pošte kao što ste predložili.

I tried to lodge a complain using the live chatbot, but they don't have the proper button for registering the "account restriction" issue, I mailed them also regarding the problem but they don't provide any satisfactory reply.
I complained and submitted the ticket for withdrawal problem which is not also been resolved for more than 2 days, they are continuously saying that the payment is under review from their cashier desk.
Please help, I have a large amount as suggested in complaint.
