Dana 19. decembra 2025. godine, moj zahtev za povlačenje sredstava sa ID-om: 4289621245 je označen kao „Potvrđeno od strane operatera". Međutim, do danas, 22. decembra, sredstva nisu stigla na moj račun.
Više puta sam kontaktirao njihovu podršku i odeljenje za obradu, dostavljajući sve tražene snimke ekrana i dokaz da sredstva nisu primljena. Uprkos tome, dobijam samo šablonske odgovore i taktiku odugovlačenja. Operator tvrdi da je transakcija uspešna, ali odbija da dostavi potvrdu o transakciji ili RRN/ARN (referentni broj za preuzimanje) kako bih mogao da pratim sredstva sa svojom bankom.
Ispunio/la sam sve KYC zahteve i pratio/la sve protokole. Molim za pomoć posrednika kako bih podstakao/la 888Starz da mi dostavi dokaz o uplati ili da mi odmah vrati sredstva na igrački račun.

I have contacted their support and the processing department multiple times, providing all the requested screenshots and proof that no funds were received. Despite this, I am only receiving template responses and stalling tactics. The operator claims the transaction is successful, yet they refuse to provide a Transaction Receipt or an RRN/ARN (Retrieval Reference Number) so I can track the funds with my bank.
I have fulfilled all KYC requirements and have followed all protocols. I am requesting the mediator's assistance to urge 888Starz to provide proof of payment or return the funds to my gaming balance immediately.
