The player from Japan was experiencing difficulty with depositing funds into his online casino account. Despite having transaction reports on his VEGA Wallet, all his attempts to transfer funds to the casino had been cancelled. He claimed the funds had been transferred to an unknown user without his permission. The Complaints Team clarified that they could not intervene in issues involving payment providers or misuse of bank details. As such, the player was advised to involve the police if he believed his funds were stolen and misused. The issue remained unresolved from our end as it fell outside our jurisdiction.
