Podnosim zvaničnu žalbu protiv BC.Game Casino-a zbog namernog blokiranja moje isplate putem prevarnih praksi verifikacije.
POZADINA:
• Ja sam verifikovani korisnik iz Brazila
• Uspešno sam uplatio/la, igrao/la i podigao/la novac sa BC.Game više puta ranije
• Moj nalog je u potpunosti verifikovan i svi KYC dokumenti su odobreni
PROBLEM:
U novembru 2025. godine, BC.Game je iznenada blokirao moje isplate i zahtevao „novu verifikaciju" uprkos tome što je moj nalog već bio verifikovan.
ZAMKA ZA PROVERU:
1. Poslao/la sam svoja lična dokumenta - ODBIJENO (nije naveden razlog)
2. Ponovo sam poslao/la sa različitim fotografijama/uglovima - PONOVO ODBIJENO (nije naveden razlog)
3. Nakon više pokušaja, platforma mi je BLOKIRALA mogućnost otpremanja dokumenata tvrdeći da sam dostigao „maksimalan broj pokušaja"
4. Sada sam zaglavljen: Ne mogu da verifikujem, ne mogu da podignem novac, ne mogu da pristupim svom stanju od 400 dolara
PODRŠKA JE BESKORISNA:
• Više puta sam kontaktirao podršku putem ćaskanja uživo
• Ponavljaju isti scenario: „Ne možemo vam pomoći, sačekajte imejl"
• Rečeno mi je da sačekam imejl od tima za verifikaciju kako bi se situacija „normalizovala"
• Imejl NIKAD ne stiže i nikada neće - ovo je očigledno taktika odugovlačenja
TRENUTNO STANjE:
• Zaglavljeno stanje: 400 američkih dolara (≈ 2.000 brazilskih reala)
• Ne može se podići
• Ne mogu da otpremim dokumenta za verifikaciju (blokirano)
• Nema odgovora od support@bc.game
• Nema odgovora od recovery@bcgame.com

Izgleda da je ovo sistematska prevara kompanije BC.Game:
1. Dozvolite korisnicima da uplaćuju depozite i igraju
2. Kada pokušaju da povuku novac, iznenada zahtevajte „ponovnu verifikaciju"
3. Odbijte sva dokumenta bez valjanih razloga
4. Blokirajte pokušaje otpremanja nakon odbijanja

I am filing a formal complaint against BC.Game Casino for deliberately blocking my withdrawal through fraudulent verification practices.
BACKGROUND:
• I am a verified user from Brazil
• I successfully deposited, played, and withdrew money from BC.Game multiple times before
• My account was fully verified with all KYC documents approved
THE PROBLEM:
In November 2025, BC.Game suddenly blocked my withdrawals and demanded "new verification" despite my account already being verified.
VERIFICATION TRAP:
1. I submitted my identification documents - REJECTED (no reason given)
2. I resubmitted with different photos/angles - REJECTED AGAIN (no reason given)
3. After multiple attempts, the platform BLOCKED my ability to upload documents claiming I reached "maximum attempts"
4. Now I am stuck: Cannot verify, cannot withdraw, cannot access my $400 balance
SUPPORT IS USELESS:
• Contacted live chat support multiple times
• They repeat the same script: "We cannot help, wait for an email"
• I was told to wait for an email from the verification team to "normalize" the situation
• The email NEVER arrives and never will - this is clearly a stalling tactic
CURRENT SITUATION:
• Balance stuck: $400 USD (≈ 2,000 Brazilian Reais)
• Cannot withdraw
• Cannot upload verification documents (blocked)
• No response from support@bc.game
• No response from recovery@bcgame.com
EVIDENCE OF FRAUD PATTERN:
This appears to be BC.Game’s systematic scam:
1. Allow users to deposit and play
2. When they try to withdraw, suddenly demand "re-verification"
3. Reject all documents without valid reasons
4. Block upload attempts after rejections
5. Keep the money indefinitely
WHAT I’M REQUESTING:
1. Immediate release of my $400 balance
2. Removal of the fraudulent verification block
3. OR direct withdrawal processed by BC.Game without further verification (since I was already verified before)
ADDITIONAL CONTEXT:
BC.Game was blocked in Brazil by Anatel in October 2024 for operating without proper licensing. Since then, many Brazilian users report identical problems with withdrawals being blocked.
I have already filed complaints on Brazilian consumer protection platforms, but BC.Game ignores all complaints from Brazilian users.
I urgently need AskGamblers mediation to recover my funds.
