Nakon što smo prikupili sve potrebne informacije i detalje koje nam je dostavio kazino, zatvaramo ovu žalbu kao neopravdanu zbog kršenja uslova i odredbi kazina – višestruki računi, kršeni više puta. Pokušavamo da pomognemo igračima ako nenamerno ili nesvesno, greškom krše pravila kazina, ne zloupotrebljavajući ništa. Međutim, ovde to uopšte nije slučaj. Prekršili ste pravila registracijom mnogih kazino naloga. Nadam se da razumete da vam ne možemo pomoći u takvim okolnostima.

We try to help players if they breach casinos' rules unintentionally or unknowingly, by mistake, not abusing anything. However, that is not the case here at all. You breached rules by registering many casino accounts. I hope you understand we cannot help you under such circumstances.
The casino acted correctly and in accordance with its terms and conditions, which you accepted upon registration(s).
