After carefully reviewing your case and the supporting evidence submitted by Betcoin, we must unfortunately inform you that we are closing your complaint. The casino has shown that they acted in line with their terms and conditions, and in addition, the matter relates specifically to sports betting activity, which falls outside the scope of complaints we handle.
We understand this is disappointing, but as a complaints resolution center, we focus on casino-related issues only and do not mediate disputes involving sports betting.
