Betcoin is trying to scam me and left me with a sad experience.

On 1st of June i was trying to login to my account to make some withdrawal from my winnings. I immediately discovered that my account was disabled and I contacted them immediately through their official email address. They replied to me immediately accused me of having multiple accounts with them, in fant they have one account already as evidence, they said. I told them that they are accusing me wrongly that I have never had any other account with them apart this account. That they are mistaking me to another person.

They said that I am lying that they have evidence.

Please help me to recover my fund from them because they have refused to reply me or enable my account since one week now.

I will attach some of the screenshot of my conversation with them in this text.

1. It almost one year i registered with them if I am not mistaken. But my last time to login was on 31st of May.

2. I didn't receive any bonus or promotion.
