Podnosim ovu žalbu u vezi sa ozbiljnim kvarom interfejsa koji se dogodio tokom igre blekdžeka uživo na BitStarz-u 22. decembra 2025. godine.
Tokom aktivne ruke u blekdžeku, dok sam morao da donesem odluku (Udari, Ostani ili Isplati), iznenada se na vrhu interfejsa igre pojavio poruka „Nema sredstava". Ova poruka je potpuno prekrila kontrole igre i onemogućila bilo kakvu interakciju. Pojavila se dok je opklada još uvek bila u toku, a ne nakon što se runda završila.
Pošto nisam mogao ni na šta da kliknem, sistem je automatski odigrao ruku, što je rezultiralo gubitkom. Izabrao bih da unovčim, jer su mi to bila poslednja preostala sredstva, a imao sam 11 naspram dilerovih 10. Ishod ruke nije ključni problem ovde; problem je u tome što sam tehnički bio sprečen da donesem odluku.
Iz tog razloga, ova runda se ne može smatrati „normalno odigranom opkladom". Ruka je i dalje bila aktivna, bio je potreban unos igrača, a sam interfejs kazina je blokirao taj unos. Poruka „Nedostatak sredstava" je deo BitStarz-ovog sistema novčanika/frontenda i nema nikakve veze sa dobavljačem igre (Evolution). Slanje ovog slučaja dobavljaču igre je stoga irelevantno, jer dobavljač ne može da otkrije preklapanja koja generiše veb stranica kazina, a koja blokiraju interakciju korisnika.
Ovo takođe nije prvi put da se ovaj problem javlja. Već sam ranije prijavljivao isti problem, ali je moja prijava odbačena bez ikakve prave istrage. Razlika je u tome što sada imam jasne snimke ekrana koji prikazuju prekrivač „Nema sredstava" koji prekriva aktivnu ruku u blekdžeku u trenutku kada je bila potrebna odluka igrača. Takođe pružam kompletan transkript ćaskanja uživo.
Nažalost, podrška BitStarz-a je veoma loše rešila situaciju. Više puta su izjavljivali da se „oigrane opklade ne mogu vratiti", ignorisali su činjenicu da je interfejs sprečavao interakciju, tvrdili su da je problem prosleđen provajderu igre i na kraju su zatvorili čet bez rešavanja stvarnog tehničkog problema.
Zahtevam pravilan tehnički pregled ove runde koji uzima u obzir kvar interfejsa, kao i povraćaj novca ili pravičnu nadoknadu za ruku gde me je interfejs kazina sprečio da donesem potrebnu odluku. Takođe bih želeo jasno objašnjenje kako se preklapanje „Nedostaje sredstava" može pojaviti tokom aktivne runde.

I am submitting this complaint regarding a serious interface malfunction that occurred during a live blackjack game on BitStarz on 22 December 2025.
During an active blackjack hand, while I was required to make a decision (Hit, Stand, or Cashout), an "Out of Funds" overlay suddenly appeared on top of the game interface. This overlay completely covered the game controls and made any interaction impossible. It appeared while the bet was still in progress, not after the round had ended.
Because I was unable to click anything, the system automatically played the hand, which resulted in a loss. I would have chosen to cash out, as these were my last remaining funds and I had 11 against the dealer’s 10. The outcome of the hand is not the core issue here; the issue is that I was technically prevented from making a decision.
For this reason, this round cannot be considered a "normally played bet." The hand was still active, player input was required, and the casino interface itself blocked that input. The "Out of Funds" message is part of BitStarz’s wallet/frontend system and has nothing to do with the game provider (Evolution). Sending this case to the game provider is therefore irrelevant, as the provider cannot detect overlays generated by the casino website that block user interaction.
This is also not the first time this problem has occurred. I had already reported the same issue in the past, but my report was dismissed without any real investigation. The difference this time is that I now have clear screenshots showing the "Out of Funds" overlay covering an active blackjack hand at a moment when a player decision was required. I am also providing the full live chat transcript.
Unfortunately, BitStarz support handled the situation very poorly. They repeatedly stated that "played bets cannot be refunded," ignored the fact that the interface prevented interaction, claimed the issue was forwarded to the game provider, and ultimately closed the chat without addressing the actual technical problem.
I am requesting a proper technical review of this round that takes into account the interface malfunction, as well as a refund or fair compensation for a hand where the casino interface prevented me from making a required decision. I would also like a clear explanation of how an "Out of Funds" overlay can appear during an active round.
