Hello, I received a no-deposit bonus from this casino. I fulfilled the wagering requirements correctly and won €100. Over a week ago, I started my verification process and uploaded all the required documents. Since then, I haven't heard anything from the casino, and when I inquire, I only receive pre-written, standard replies.

I'm aware that verification can sometimes take longer... but after reading all the other reviews, I'm not very hopeful that I'll be able to successfully withdraw my funds. Nevertheless, I would appreciate it if someone could look into the verification process and tell me what the problem is and whether any other documents are needed, as I haven't been able to get any answers to these questions.

Hallo, ich habe bei diesem Casino einen Bonus ohne Einzahlung erhalten. Diesen habe ich auch korrekt umgesetzt und damit 100 € gewonnen. Vor über einer Woche habe ich dann meine Verifizierung gestartet. Alle benötigten Unterlagen habe ich auch hochgeladen. Seitdem habe ich nichts mehr von dem Casino gehört und auf Nachfrage erhalte ich nur vorgefertigte Standard-Antworten.

Das die Verifizierung mal länger dauern kann ist mir bekannt…aber nach den ganzen Erfahrungsberichten mache ich mir keine großen Hoffnung, dass ich dann auch die Auszahlung erfolgreich durchführen kann. Trotzdem würde ich mich freuen, wenn sich jemand der Verifizierung mal annehmen könnte und mir sagen kann, woran es liegt und ob noch andere Dokumente benötigt werden, da ich auf diese Frage auch keine Antworten bekomme.
