Račun zatvoren, sredstva konfiskovana nakon KYC-a

Podnosim žalbu u vezi sa BlockBet-om.
Uplatio sam 150 dolara. Stanje na mom računu je kasnije dostiglo 307 dolara.
Uglavnom sam igrao slotove i nisam koristio nikakve bonuse ili promotivne ponude.
U potpunosti sam završio njihov KYC proces kako je zahtevano. Moj pasoš je uspešno verifikovan.
Kao dokaz o adresi, dostavio sam više dokumenata:
– Izvod iz banke (zvanični PDF)
– Dokument koji je izdala vlada
– Račun za komunalne usluge izdat u poslednjem mesecu
Ukupno sam podneo tri različita dokumenta za verifikaciju adrese i u potpunosti sarađivao u vezi sa njihovim zahtevima.
Uprkos tome, moj nalog je iznenada zatvoren.
BlokBet je izjavio da je to zbog „prevare" prema njihovim Uslovima i odredbama, ali nisu dali nikakvo objašnjenje, detalje ili dokaze o tome koje pravilo sam navodno prekršio.
Sva sredstva na mom računu su konfiskovana, uključujući moj prvobitni depozit od 150 dolara i preostali iznos.
Nisam koristio VPN, imao sam samo jedan nalog i ispunio sam sve zahteve za verifikaciju.
Tražim barem povraćaj mog prvobitnog depozita.

Account closed, funds confiscated after KYC
Hello,
I am submitting a complaint regarding BlockBet.
I deposited $150. My account balance later reached $307.
I mainly played slots and did not use any bonuses or promotional offers.
I fully completed their KYC process as requested. My passport was successfully verified.
For Proof of Address, I provided multiple documents:
– Bank statement (official PDF)
– Government-issued document
– Utility bill issued within the last month
In total, I submitted three different address verification documents and fully cooperated with their requests.
Despite this, my account was suddenly closed.
BlockBet stated that this was due to "Fraud" under their Terms and Conditions, but they did not provide any explanation, details, or evidence of what rule I allegedly violated.
All funds on my account were confiscated, including my original deposit of $150 and the remaining balance.
I was not using VPN, had only one account, and complied with all verification requirements.
I am requesting at least the return of my original deposit.
