U aprilu sam zatražio isplatu u ukupnom iznosu od 7.000 evra, što je moj trenutni mesečni limit za isplatu. Međutim, primio sam samo 4.500 evra, a 2.500 evra je ostalo neisplaćeno.
Prema pravilima kazina, moj račun je ograničen na 500 evra dnevno. Međutim, ovo ograničenje nije dosledno primenjivano. Bilo je nekoliko dana kada nisu obrađene uplate, tačnije 21., 22., 23., 25. i 26. aprila.
Zbog ovih kašnjenja, nisam u mogućnosti da u potpunosti iskoristim svoj mesečni limit za povlačenje, iako sam poštovao sva pravila i blagovremeno podneo zahteve. Ovo efikasno smanjuje moju mogućnost da povučem sopstvena sredstva.
Pored toga, moji limiti za povlačenje su vremenom značajno smanjeni. Ranije je moj račun imao mesečni limit za povlačenje od 50.000 evra, koji je kasnije smanjen na 30.000 evra (nakon 2 dana pobede), a sada je smanjen na 7.000 evra (nakon 1 meseca). Ovo je već značajno ograničenje, a stalna kašnjenja čine situaciju još nepravednijom.
Više puta sam kontaktirao korisničku podršku i iako su izjavili da će ubrzati proces, isplate su i dalje nedosledne i odložene.
Priložio sam dokaze, uključujući evidenciju o povlačenju novca, komunikaciju putem ćaskanja i izvode iz banke.

I would like to file a complaint regarding delayed withdrawals and unfair withdrawal limitations.
In April, I requested withdrawals totaling €7,000, which is my current monthly withdrawal limit. However, I have only received €4,500, and €2,500 remains unpaid.
According to the casino’s rules, my account is limited to €500 per day. However, this limit has not been applied consistently. There were several days when no payments were processed, specifically on the 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 25th, and 26th of April.
Due to these delays, I am unable to fully use my monthly withdrawal limit, even though I followed all rules and submitted my requests on time. This effectively reduces my ability to withdraw my own funds.
Additionally, my withdrawal limits have been significantly reduced over time. Previously, my account had a monthly withdrawal limit of €50,000, which was later reduced to €30,000( after 2 days won), and is now reduced to €7,000( after 1 month). This is already a substantial limitation, and the ongoing delays make the situation even more unfair.
I have contacted customer support multiple times, and although they stated they would speed up the process, withdrawals remain inconsistent and delayed.
