Već više od mesec dana, Boomerang Casino ne vraća mi sredstva u vezi sa nedostajućim depozitom. 26. aprila sam poslao 690 USDT na adresu koju je naveo njihov sistem, koristeći ispravnu mrežu. Istog dana, oko sat vremena kasnije, primetio sam da uplata sredstava na moj račun traje duže nego obično, pa sam odmah prijavio problem putem ćaskanja uživo.
Tokom ovog meseca, više puta sam kontaktirao ćaskanje uživo kako bih rešio ovaj problem. Više puta mi je rečeno da će novac biti vraćen i dva puta su me pitali da navedem adresu kripto novčanika za povraćaj novca – što sam i učinio – ali još uvek nisam primio sredstva. Tokom proteklog meseca, više puta sam se obraćao ćaskanju uživo za pomoć, ali izgleda da dobijam samo prazna obećanja koja nemaju nikakve veze sa stvarnošću. Da stvar bude gora, dobio sam pogrešnu imejl adresu za kontakt za ažuriranja. Bio sam strpljiv, čekao sam više od mesec dana da mi se novac vrati, ali nakon sveg ovog vremena, prestao sam da verujem da zaista nameravaju da ga vrate.

For over a month now, Boomerang Casino has failed to return my funds regarding a missing deposit. On April 26th, I sent 690 USDT to the address specified by their system, using the correct network. That same day, about an hour later, I noticed that crediting the funds to my account was taking longer than usual, so I immediately reported the issue via live chat.
Throughout this month, I have contacted live chat multiple times to resolve this matter. I was repeatedly told that the money would be refunded, and I was asked twice to provide a crypto wallet address for the refund—which I did—yet I still have not received the funds. Over the past month, I have reached out to live chat for assistance time and time again, but it seems I am only receiving empty promises that have nothing to do with reality. To make matters worse, I was provided with an incorrect email address to contact for updates. I have been patient, waiting over a month for my money to be returned, but after all this time, I have stopped believing that they actually intend to refund it.
