Zatvoreno nakon što sam konačno dobio/la svoj novac – Veoma neprofesionalno
Igrao sam na CasinoDays-u više od 7 meseci bez ikakvih problema — bez kršenja pravila, bez višestrukih naloga, bez VPN-ova, ništa. Sve se to promenilo kada sam podneo zahtev za isplatu 85.000 ₹ 14. oktobra 2025. godine, i oni su iznenada počeli da odlažu moju isplatu.
Dali su mi više izgovora i rekli mi da će sredstva biti obrađena do 17. oktobra. Taj datum je prošao, a ja i dalje nisam ništa dobio.
Nakon što sam strpljivo čekao, ostavio sam iskrenu recenziju na Trustpilot-u objašnjavajući situaciju. CasinoDays me je zatim zamolio da kopiram tu recenziju i pošaljem je njihovom timu za podršku, što sam i učinio.
Ubrzo nakon toga, povlačenja su obrađena u delovima:
20.000 ₹ 18. oktobra
45.000 ₹ 19. oktobra
20.000 ₹ 20. oktobra u 6:10
Međutim, samo nekoliko sati nakon poslednje uplate, moj račun je iznenada zatvoren bez jasnog objašnjenja. Pozvali su se na generičku „poslovnu odluku" prema svojim uslovima (klauzula 18.1), ali mi nikada nisu rekli šta sam navodno pogrešio.
Ono što ovo čini još frustrirajućim jeste to što:
Podneo sam novi zahtev za povlačenje novca ranije jutros, pre nego što je račun zatvoren
Takođe sam imao dug na računu, koji je sada zadržan
Uvek sam poštovao njihova pravila i koristio platformu pošteno. Jednostavno sam progovorio nakon što su me ignorisali zbog mog odloženog povlačenja novca — a sada se osećam kao da sam zbog toga kažnjen.
Obratio sam se njihovoj podršci tražeći odgovarajuće objašnjenje i povraćaj sredstava. Ako se ovo ne reši, eskaliraću problem nadležnim regulatornim organima i organima za zaštitu potrošača.
Nije samo stvar u novcu — ovakvo tretiranje lojalnih igrača, bez transparentnosti ili odgovornosti, je potpuno neprofesionalno i deluje kao uznemiravanje.

Closed After I Finally Got My Withdrawals – Very Unprofessional
I had been playing on CasinoDays for over 7 months with no issues — no rule violations, no multiple accounts, no VPNs, nothing. That all changed when I made a ₹85,000 withdrawal request on October 14, 2025, and they suddenly began delaying my payment.
They gave multiple excuses and told me the funds would be processed by October 17. That date passed, and I still didn’t receive anything.
After waiting patiently, I left an honest review on Trustpilot explaining the situation. CasinoDays then asked me to copy that review and submit it to their support team, which I did.
Soon after that, the withdrawals were processed in parts:
₹20,000 on October 18
₹45,000 on October 19
₹20,000 on October 20 at 6:10 AM
However, just hours after the last payment, my account was suddenly closed with no clear explanation. They referred to a generic "business decision" under their terms (clause 18.1), but never told me what I supposedly did wrong.
What makes this even more frustrating is that:
I had submitted a new withdrawal request earlier this morning, before the account was closed
I also had a balance in my account, which has now been withheld
I have always followed their rules and used the platform fairly. I simply spoke up after being ignored about my delayed withdrawal — and now I feel like I’ve been punished for it.
I’ve reached out to their support requesting a proper explanation and the return of my funds. If this isn’t resolved, I will escalate the issue to the relevant regulators and consumer protection authorities.
It's not just about the money — treating loyal players like this, without transparency or accountability, is completely unprofessional and feels like harassment.
