Proverio sam određeni slot koji sam igrao. Radio sam okretanje od 2,4$ tamo da bih bio siguran da ne prelazim ograničenje od 5$, ali izgleda da kazino prevari igrače, kada bi kliknuo na različite odeljke na slotu, automatski bi izabrao opklade od 4,8$ ili 7,2$ bez da ja povećam ili potvrdim opkladu.
Ovo je najveća prevara koju sam ikada video od kazina sa dolenavedena 2 poena:
- Omogućavanje igračima da se klade više od 5$ na bonus slotove za klađenje kada to nije dozvoljeno
- Automatsko podizanje opklade, a da igrač ne povećava opkladu
Ja sam bukvalno prevaren bez novca, želeo sam da se obratim regulatoru da rešim ovaj problem, ali izgleda da Čips ima licencu sa nekog ostrva sa Komora, i ne postoji način da kontaktiram ovo vladino telo.
Nadam se da se ovaj problem može rešiti uz vašu pomoć

When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about? / Right after my balance was voided, and the casino was claiming that because I was doing $7. 2 bets not only the bonus amount but the entire balance was voided
I checked the specific slot that I was playing. I was doing 2.4$ spins there to make sure I don't go over the 5$ limit, but it looks like the Casino is frauding the players, when clicked on different sections on the slot it would automatically select 4.8$ or 7.2$ bets without me increasing or confirming the bet.
This is the biggest fraud I have ever seen by a casino with the below 2 points:
- Enabling players to bet more than 5$ on bonus wagering slots when it is not allowed
- Automatically raising the bets, without the player increasing the bet
I have literally been scammed out of my money, I wanted to reach out to the regulator to solve this issue but it looks like Chips has a license from some island from Comoros, and there is no way to contact this government body.
I am hoping this issue can be resolved with your help
